Came to US Fitness Products in search of rubber gym flooring and padded turf for my gym, Activate Fitness And Wellness. I had the pleasure of working with Averette who was able to answer all questions and provide me with a quote on a time crunch. The product showed up within a week and we are extremely happy with the quality, pricing, and service of Averette & US Fitness Products. I would highly recommend them for all commercial & personal fitness product needs.

US Fitness has been my go to for years. Just outfitted a new gym at home. USF had everything from bands to commercial treadmills. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. They know their stuff. They can get you almost anything you need in a matter of days. Installation folks showed up early and were super efficient. A five-star organization for sure.

Our experience at U.S. Fitness Products was 100% positive. We were in the market for a home treadmill, but we weren't sure exactly which brand and model would be best for us. John Wells patiently showed us every model on the showroom floor, describing the advantages of each and letting us test them for ourselves. He answered all our questions well and did not pressure us to make a purchase. We are very pleased with the one we bought, and it was delivered and assembled quickly.

My experience with U.S. Fitness was excellent. The selection of equipment is impressive, but the best aspect of dealing with and purchasing from this company was due to the Operations Manager, John Wells, that we worked with.John was exceedingly knowledgeable, provided quality recommendations, and was super easy to work with. There is no pressure in the sales/purchasing process. Highly recommended!

As an exercise physiologist I highly recommend this store. We have bought 3 pieces of equipment from US Fitness: an Octane Elliptical, a zero runner and now we just purchased the Mi 7 Smith functional Trainer. We worked with John Wells, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really knew his products and while he showed us all of the things each of the machines can do, he was never pushy at all; just very informative. We have ALWAYS had a great buying experience at US Fitness Products. PS - we have been very satisfied with the equipment we have purchased already (several years ago) and are excitedly waiting for our new Mi7 Smith Functional trainer.

From purchase to delivery and set up is top-notch. John promptly returned calls while waiting for delivery and was very helpful. They delivered and set up the product exactly as promised. The Precor treadmill is a high quality product.

I cannot recommend this business more, I am so impressed with their customer service, equipment options and showroom. I am a disabled former athlete and I have specific requirements for the equipment I use. The staff at USFP listened and helped me get what I wanted. They were so friendly and helpful. They also listened when I recommended a few products they could carry that would assist the disabled in exercising. Their showroom floor has so many high-quality products to choose from. They have high end, all the way to extremely affordable equipment that is just as high quality as the more expensive. I will keep shopping here for my home gym needs.
