Large store. Their offerings really aren't my jam but if they are yours then you're in good luck. There's accessible free parking across the road. The place is well-staffed and super helpful, essentially always willing to check in the back for you if you really want something. They carry a decent spread of colors here too.

I ❤️ urban. I think I’m a little older than the usual urban crowd and always feel ignored when I walk in. It’s not until I walk up with hundreds of dollars of merch upon checkout they start conversing w me.

Your website states that you close at 8:00pm. I drove from a little ways out of town to return an item before I fly out of the country. Upon arrival I was very disappointed to see that you’d closed at 8:00. Your voice mail says for hours of operation refer to the website. Get it together, UO of Raleigh. Geeez.

I cannot believe I am even writing a review for a chain, national clothing store, but my experience with the staff was superb. They not only did they helped me coordinate an entire option list for my photoshoot via phone to put on hold for me, but went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed via mail on time! The manager is great and training his staff well!

I came out of my WAY FROM VRGINIA to this specific store for my girlfriend. All excitement for nothing!We LITERALLY arrived to “Crabtree” mall @6:pm on a None holiday week. And THEY WERE CLOSED. It was Terrible, Hire someone to UPDATE THE WEBSITE. It’s not FAIR TO WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME!!!

Wrong store hours!! :( i dont want to sound like a Karen but im so sad. i drove out of my way, on my bday, and they closed at 7 instead of 8. Why dont you use your multimillion dollar overheard to update your hours correctly on google?? lol anyways.
