I’ve been using this UPS Store for a few years now, and honestly, it’s the best one I’ve had a mailbox at—I've had mailboxes in over 7 cities! The staff here is always so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure I have what I need, whether it’s picking up my mail or helping with a shipment. It’s rare to find a place where the service is this consistent, and I really appreciate how they treat their customers. Highly recommend them!

The man behind the counter not only got my last name completely wrong, but he also shipped something I asked for overnight via UPS residential ground. The item I sent was CRITICAL to be sent overnight.

Had an appointment for a passport photo and after driving all the way there they tell me their camera isn’t working and hasn’t been. No phone call or email ahead of time at all, employees seemed annoyed I was there at all. There were and are still online appointments available for today, obviously not concerned with wasting anyone’s time.
