The staff here helped me finally solve a really long and problematic process to ship my son’s computer to him on an Army base in Korea. I had been working on it for months with nothing but walls. They figured it out! And so patient, kind and funny. They even called me when they had the specific box I needed and helped me get it into the shop, re packed and out the door. I’m so grateful. It will mean so much for my soldier to finally have the computer he built to play when he has down time. I’ll use this shop for anything I need to ship moving forward. Thank you Sam and staff!! Five stars!!

This is the friendliest UPS in Raleigh. They are always happy to help, in a good mood (even when it's slammed), and go out of their way to help you get your items shipped (or any other help you need).
