Not the most friendly group at this location, now. Especially since they moved a few doors down after Denny’s retirement. The woman (her name tag said she was the manager) always looks angry and upset and her demeanor is very stand-offish. She seems bothered that I dare walk into the store, at all. When Denny worked at this store, she always greeted me warmly and happily provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Even though I’ve been using this location since 2009, it looks like I’ll have to find a new location to frequent for my shipping needs.

Betty has always been such a pleasure to work with. She has gone out of her way so many times to help me. Even though I have other locations near me, I come to this location because of her.

This place has been sold and the people running it now, wow. It took the guy 17 minutes to fill out one label. I asked him for 2-day shipping. I had to go to work and when I finally looked at my receipt it said: will ship on Monday, this is Sunday and expected delivery is by end of business Thursday! is 5 days! Does this sound like 2-day shipping to anyone? This cost $47.00
on Monday I called, it had not been scanned in by early afternoon, I was told it was being picked up at 6:00 p.m. it was never scanned in and today I am filing a police report for theft.

DON’T EXPECT A FRIENDLY FACE AT THIS LOCATION
1. The lady that has been working at this location since they moved a few doors down acts like you have peed in her cornflakes for walking in the door.
2. Whoever owns this location decided that they won’t tape your package closed for prepaid returns! Really?!?!
Close down for all I care, I won’t be doing business at your location anymore. Went right down the road to North Hills UPS and was greeted when I walked in the door and they gladly taped my return closed without any problem. I hope UPS pulls their contract with you!

This location is never open. Sign says they open at 9am on Saturday and then there’s never any one there and the doors locked. This has happened to me several times. Never coming back again.

I have never had anything but the best service at this location. If it is an Amazon return, you are pulled out of line and served. If you have to ship an item. They know their business and you are in an out in no time. One does have to wait in line on occasion, but if you can choose a time mid morning, early afternoon, there is seldom a line.

I had the most amazing experience at this store today!! The lady that helped me, her name is Betty has the best customer service skills I have experienced in a very long time!! She’s actually cares about her customers and helped me have a peace of mind sending my packages!!! During this time a year these qualities in customer service are nonexistent. As long as Betty is there this will be where I will bring my business!! Thank you!!

Refused to service me when i walked in at 6:26pm. Says she was closed . They close at 6:30pm. Betty. She says she’s the manager and said she’s closed. Don’t go here! Awful service!!!!

If you need notary services, go somewhere else. I booked an appointment online stating I needed notary services for a car title. When I arrived, the employee refused. When I explained I made an appointment, he said he didn't get around to replying to me. I made the appointment a week in advance. He refused to notarize stating the seal was too large to fit on the paperwork and it would be outside the 'lines', that the DMV may deny it and come after him, and that it wasn't worth him risking losing his license... don't waste your time like I did ?

New leadership at this location is outstanding. With business shipments going out daily, I find myself at just about every UPS store in north Raleigh. This is by far the best. Easy shopping center to get in and out of and easy parking with open curbside unloading. The best part are the smiling faces and kind service which is free to offer customers!
