If you need notary services, go somewhere else. I booked an appointment online stating I needed notary services for a car title. When I arrived, the employee refused. When I explained I made an appointment, he said he didn't get around to replying to me. I made the appointment a week in advance. He refused to notarize stating the seal was too large to fit on the paperwork and it would be outside the 'lines', that the DMV may deny it and come after him, and that it wasn't worth him risking losing his license... don't waste your time like I did ?

New leadership at this location is outstanding. With business shipments going out daily, I find myself at just about every UPS store in north Raleigh. This is by far the best. Easy shopping center to get in and out of and easy parking with open curbside unloading. The best part are the smiling faces and kind service which is free to offer customers!

The people here are so great and easy to talk to. I was nervous coming in here because I have no idea what I’m doing and they made the shipping process painless and simple. I will definitely make this my first stop for shipping things from now on

Nancy the manager was so kind and patient with me today as I signed up for some business services. They were very busy when I was there, people coming in non-stop. She handled all the workload by herself while also training someone too. When she took care of me, her attentiveness made me feel like I was the only one there. Thanks for the great customer service, Nancy!

Rude and clearly don’t want your business unless you have small quick items. Called ahead to make sure could purchase 7 boxes and purchase priority mail postage to ship them, as well as okay to drop off additional 15 preposted packages. Was told “yes, we can definitely do that” and after drove there, carried in all 20 medium packages, was very rudely told by a different person “No you can’t ship that many packages from here, we dont have the room.” However they were servicing the line of 5 people shipping packages behind me without issue. Will never come here again.

Super nice staff but the heat is out!! I had to pick up a package and send a fax and I was shaking it is so cold. It is too cold outside to make the staff work without heat. At least provide a space heater.

I’ve been coming here for many years. I think the two women who work there are really kind and funny. They always joke with me and make my day. The new women is really helpful and has gone out of her way a couple times to make sure my stuff was packed perfectly and taped up right. The other reviews don’t make sense to me, cause I’ve never experienced that.

I found this store to be quick efficient with packing my items and shipping them. No one was rude to me. The two ladies were very nice and welcoming. I don’t know what the bad reviews are about cause I’ve never experienced that.

This location is awful, I have never received such poor customer service. The person behind the counter was an older woman who told me her name was Pattagia. I had 4 Amazon returns that DID NOT require packages or labels and I was immediately YELLED at that I needed to pack and label them myself. When I tried to explain that the instructions specifically state the UPS store will pack and label, she said we don’t do that. I then replied since when? And she tells me “today”! It’s no surprise this store has such poor ratings with someone as rude as Pattaglia working for them. I’ll be doing business in other stores going forward.

I keep trying to give the old lady that works here/manages the place the benefit of the doubt. Many issues, mental or otherwise, can cause some people to have an ugly attitude that they can't control. But it's every single time. She's always irate, short, rude, and looks like she hates her life and everyone in it.Today, she dragged herself from the backroom with her usual glower to deal with the customers. She seemed unsteady on her feet and I think I could smell alcohol. She messed up the order of the people ahead of me and had to start over twice. I'm done. Never again.
