My wife was having difficutly figuiring out where to ship a costly item insured. UPS required drop off an facility but many locations closed. The UPS store staff helpful and knowledgeable about the UPS process. She really appreciated their help.

I use this UPS store location frequently for many services. The staff is always friendly and skilled and that was no different with Bee today.
I rarely have to wait very long even if there are many customers ahead of me.

I want to say thank you so much to Bee and Vincent. They helped me sending delicate items and wrapping them. I have an elderly neighbor who is moving across the country. They were so kind and patient. What a great service. They clearly enjoy their jobs too, which is delightful.
