I was tremendously shocked at the rating for this UPS store. I always go to this store for any return I may have, even though this location isn’t the closest UPS store to where I live. All the employees are so professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable concerning the services they offer.

Had three returns to ship today and it turned out only one of them was for UPS. Even though the others were for USPS, Steve helped me out with printing my labels, getting the boxes cut down to size, and even recommended which post office to go to. One of the better customer service experiences I can remember. Steve is a great guy and it’s a great UPS.

Unprofessional would be an overstatement of the employees at this location. We called last week and again this morning to make sure the notary person would be there at noon. We get there during my lunch break and they just shrug their shoulders and say the person decided not to show up to work. Don’t go here if you want something done right.

Went in today to return some packages and the staff member, I believe Nathaniel, was super helpful and kind! I left and felt like I might've labeled the packages incorrectly, so I called and they were able to assist me to make sure my packages were done correctly! Thank you!!

I needed a passport photo and Steve was very accommodating. He took several photos and showed them all to me and allowed me to pick out the one I liked the most. He was very friendly, and I was so impressed at how helpful he was. I definitely felt he went above and behond to make sure I was totally satisfied with my photo.

Staff was extremely rude. There was a printer in the lobby so I walked up to it as I needed to have a shipping label printed. The man working there said “that is not a public printer, you need to ask before you go around pushing buttons.” I felt like a child being reprimanded. Then the cost of printing a single, one-sided piece of paper was over $4. I will gladly go to staples next time with more friendly staff and a self-service option. Why have a printer in the lobby if it’s not for public use?
