Don't trust them with anything valuable. I had a computer and monitor shipped there, and "someone" miraculously showed up and signed for my package before I could get there.They claimed someone came in and showed an ID with the same last name as me. Then refused to provide any service or support to help with filing a claim or even acknowledging that they either made a mistake or have a thief on staff.Don't trust them with any package dropoffs or deliveries, especially with anything that looks valuable.

The customer service here is the worst. The only time I ever go here is when Amazon has to have something returned via UPS and I am short on time. They charge you for things that are not listed as a requirement on the Amazon return page. The whole place would be out of business if it weren’t for Amazon returns being forced through there. Would never go again voluntarily.

Absolutely worst experience went in to get documents notarized and was waiting patiently for the person to get out of meeting. He helped another person with not notary services then went on to help people with packages that got the well after me. Told him I had been waiting told me to get on line. I sat in a chair to wait and he then told me he wouldn’t be able to help me. Worst experience at a UPS store, will never go to this one again.

Went the extra mile and picked up a package delivered to my house, when I was delayed by 3 days. They kept it at the store until I returned.

Terrible customer service!!!! No wonder they have such bad reviews. Sent a package and was clear it had to be overnighted to South Carolina. Paid $60. Never made it down there until 4 days later. They sent it through USPS and didn't send it until a day after receiving it. They took no responsibility and were rude in the process.

Amazon needs to stop using UPS for their delivery. Half of my packages delivered through amazon always come and never have issues but unfortunately amazon lets UPS deliver some too and they always have issues. Can’t find mailing rooms or read addresses they need to train UPS employees better in general.
