Today, I walked in, was immediately asked if I needed a receipt to which I replied no, and they said you’re good to go. I asked- can I just have it scanned to make sure it goes through? (You never know when printing out and affixing your own labels and I have a lot of money being refunded to me from that box so wanted to make sure it was scanned). The two females working looked at each other like I was crazy and both started laughing as if that was the strangest request they ever received. She scanned the label, looked at me with eyebrows raised, and then they both started laughing again. Still trying to understand why I received that type of reaction.

I don't write reviews if they're bad because I'd hate to memorialize what could've been just a bad day for someone and my negative words become their stigma, yet I only post up reviews when I've had an over the top spectacular experience as I was given by Ivey at 4441 Six Forks Rd The UPS Store. Ivey is more beautiful inside than her beauty on the outside! Go ahead, go see for yourself and drop by that store to take a look! You will have to agree because I'm describing an IMMENSELY beautiful girl on the inside AND outside! Guys will be mailing packages to themselves once they see she's as beautiful inside as she is on the outside!

I was just contacted by the extremely rude manager Jason who constantly told me I was being hostile when I was asking questions about a package that UPS was having trouble delivering. He would speak over me, not let me finish my questsions, kept saying that I was angry. It wasn't until I was told I was angry 3 times that I did indeed get angry. Tried to tell me that the address was incorrect/incomplete and say that when looking it up on Google Earth it showed 4 large bulidings. When in fact, when you look it up on Google Earth, you can zoom right into the exact and building of the address. THEN tried to say that after it comes back to them we could resend it at a charge! I will not be shipping this again via UPS. Hope it is just this store and this manager that is so rude to customers. I would hate to stop using UPS all together.

I recently ordered an item for access point pickup for a Dec. 27th pickup. When it was marked delivered that day I arrived to be told it was not there and signed by an employee that wasn’t an employee. I reluctantly left since the staff member Ivy was unprofessional and did little to do anything to help other than “I can’t do anything, you can call other places yourself to see if there or file a claim”. I get it was two days after Christmas and they were working hard so I left it go and went home and filed a claim.Today, 1/8/24 I received a call from a Joanne (sorry if spelled wrong) and she informed me that it was there, had been for about two weeks. When I explained what happened she was apologetic and asked who the employee was. I told her best I could recollect. When I got there today I was fortunate to get Ivy again who said still it had never been there and it was delivered later and the owner “found it” with no apology whatsoever. More so seemingly upset she got called out on it and still rude. I employ over 80 people in my business and would understand a mistake and owning up to it, rather than a flat out lie. I assure you, she will cost you business rather than help it. I will not use this location going forward nor will my family or friends.

Quick in and out, went right around opening time. Returned an Amazon gift with QR code. The girl at the counter was friendly and smiled and knew how to process the return.
