Took a star off because their guy towed my car 11 miles with the parking brake on, but once i voiced my complaint i could have been happier. They worked around my schedule and offered to take a look at everything. The mechanic was nice, brought me to the back and pointed out where any wear was. He also had already ordered brake shoes in case mine were burnt out. I know how to replace my brake shoes on my sentra so i already knew what i was looking at, so it helped me realize this guy was actually trying to help and wasnt at all shady. He then told me to come right back if there was something missed or if the car starts driving wierd. The brake shoes were not worn and the car looked normal and has been driving fine since. Way to pick up the ball UR!

Ok so let me start by saying these people are very unprofessional they showed up in the middle of the night last night and took my wife's car first of all it's private property to begin with I have 6 children in the home and a big ole pit bull on the front porch tht barks at every vehicle tht slows down in front of the house and he didn't make a sound if the gate would have been unlocked tht driver would have had seen a very bad night not to mention my house hold is protected by S&W it takes a damn fool to come on private property and take someone's car not to mention I have personal belongings and sentimental stuff in the car and I have nothing to do with any of it and I'm going to hire a lawyer first thing in the morning and I will personally make this company shut down completely God help your souls the Lord will provide the way for y'all to get what y'all deserve my family will pray on this tonight and in the morning I'll have a law suit against this company I have a disabled child who also has medical things in the car so do what's right or be shut down thts y'all's only option

ZERO STARS! Someone from this company came an got my car last night around 10/10:30 did not notify me at all call nor come to my door to let me get my sentimental things/vital personal information out of nothing , I didn't even know where my car was or who had it or anything until my loan company told me , they didnt even so much as leave a peice of paper or nothing ! I am furious ! That is not how you do things at all ! Not to mention I go and read the reviews and see a truck that looks just like a truck that I have seen at least four times this past week ?! I have six kids why are you stockin my house ? That's definitely not ok !! They were closed by the time I found out where my car was so I have to wait til tomorrow morning but I definitely dont feel like my car is safe after all that I have found out !

Zero stars. Predatory practices. Unprofessional, unethical and unsafe.
At 11:30 PM they towed our new vehicle into their yard, and it did NOT start! (Antitheft system?!) They would not provide a jump, they would not tow the vehicle somewhere to get it fixed, they would not even tow the vehicle outside of their fenced lot so we could have another tow company come get it. At midnight they LOCKED us inside their barbed-wire fence lot, alone, outside, w our vehicle that would not start. Police were involved, management was notified. After reviewing video footage, their management wanted to know what they could do different next time. ? ?

Got a ride to get to them as fast as I could once I found out my car was towed at 4:45pm. Walked in at 5:03pmto get my car and they wouldn’t cut me the slack on 3 minutes and gave me the after hours fee

A couple weeks ago I got wrongfully towed by unlimited recovery, I called multiple times didn’t get an answer about my car. They proceeded to charge me $360!! And they wouldn’t let me get it back for free since I got wrongfully towed! I hope whoever is in charge takes action and holds there workers accountable! I missed work for two days which was very detrimental to my family. I was not able to find my car until Monday when I was then told by the leasing office where my car was! The people working there were also very rude about it! I’m very disappointed I would give them no stars but it’s not an option!

I will have to say that Unlimited Recovery gets a bad wrap for what they have to do and I was upset with them as well when my car was towed. There was an incident that happened during the tow and they took full responsibility and took care of it times 10 without hesitation. They were the best company to work with! Brian, Jeremy and Chris were all amazing, compassionate and kind. I can’t imagine any other company handling this situation any better than the way they did.

We use unlimited recovery at our community and I really appreciate them. Brian is especially amazing and his team is efficient and thorough in what they do. I know no one ever is happy about getting towed, but they help to keep our community tidy! I've worked with them for many years and they are by far the best towing company!
