Johnny and Claudia have helped me to be a better dog mom by educating me regarding how to best care for my dog Harley Rose.Their knowledge, wisdom, empathy, and expertise are like none other. Claudia always goes so above and beyond for her clients at the shop and really helped me find calming treats for my older cat that worked, and most importantly, that she would actually eat since she refused to eat the ones I got her before that I had in the house. Much love for all of the help and being super kind and patient. I was very sick in the hospital and my mother was taking care of my cat for me, and was super worried about my elderly cat's health when she started yowling for hours on end in my absence. My mom couldn't speak highly enough of Claudia and how she helped her out, and how patient she was. My mom was kinda lost picking stuff out and was really relieved to have her there to help and guide her through the whole process from telling her the issues, to purchasing. My mom gets really anxious when she's unfamiliar with things, and was really worried about buying the right thing and getting my cat the help she needed (she loves that cat).I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Claudia in the store and she's always kind and knowledgeable, but it really made me feel incredibly relieved and happy to hear how far out of her way she went to not only help my cat with her issue (she loved the treats and stopped having yowling fits THAT NIGHT!!!), but also how she treated my mom and walked hwr through everything.This location has an awesome staff overall, but I can't speak any higher about Claudia in particular.

Go to pet store for sure. Can be a little pricey and the cat options are a bit limited, but adequate enough and worth the trip.

Full and cozy pet shop. Super knowledgeable and kind employees. They carry Fromm! Loved learning from the young lady, her little black dog was a sweetie too! Definitely passing by here when I’m downtown.

Every time I go in here, I have a great experience. The staff is SO knowledgeable on the products. They helped me choose a new food for my dog and it’s helped a lot already. They have a great selection of the highest quality foods, treats and toys. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my baby ? now!!

I appreciate how fairly priced everything is, i come here to purchase my dog some of the freeze dried treats and bully sticks that they have available. Also they keep some of my staples such as Tricky Trainers! The girl that works there is always so helpful and polite as well! :) It would be nice to be apart of some sort of rewards program! Not sure if that’s available yet!

This location is awesome :) The staff are super sweet and helpful. They always go above and beyond. I love the 12th bag free dog food rewards too.
