Walked in to your business to buy a dog bed my daughter has been saving up for and as I was slightly behind them . And could hear and see everything happening. Instead of greeting them with a welcome or a hello they were immediately told to get off the dog beds they were looking to buy( stacked by the entrance) we even brought our Papillon to pick the one he wanted most. We immediately left so the my kids could avoid any further harassment from the two girls at the counter. 0/10 this is the 3rd time I’ve personally felt unwelcomed in your stores . Well will not be returning.

Love this store, love this place, love these people. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The workers are blessed and helpful and care about their customers and their children. (That being pet-parents and their pets. Don't bring a Human child unless you're able to control it, please)

We had a great experience with Katie today! She walked us through all the appropriate treats & toys for our new puppy. Katie was so sweet and friendly, and I feel like I really understand how to be a better dog owner thanks to her. The store was clean, bright, and full of adorable and creative options for both dogs and cats. We are looking forward to returning to pick out some more toys, treats, and food soon.

I went in today with my husband and once I was ready to checkout a young woman told me to come to her to the checkout. I wanted to pay with cash and gave her a 20$ bill. She asked if I have a smaller amount but I didn't and she gave me such an attitude about it, couldn't even say bye or anything. I think this is very rude because it is not my fault if they don't have enough change, then just don't offer to pay in cash. All the other employees there are usually always super helpful and kind!

They advertise toys that stand up to big, tough dogs. We spent $70 on 4 toys for my babys and they didn't even last a day! No Guarantees either, super disappointing.

We stumbled upon this store and decided to check it out. We ended up talking with the employee in the store for a long time and she was the most incredibly helpful and kind person we could have met. She gave us great insight to what toys and bones our very aggressive chewing dog would benefit best from and truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back to this store because the products are wonderful but the customer service was simply amazing. You’ve got customers for life now for sure. I only wish I could remember the associate’s name, Taryn maybe? I will make note of it next time we go in so I can update this and give the recognition that is well deserved.

Be warned the prices you see on the products are not what are charged when they ring them up. The explanation was the prices have been going up and we have not put the new prices up.100% unacceptable, this is misrepresentation of prices in the store with no warning about the problem.This will be brought up to the BBB.

Not very impressed. The three young employees appeared more interested in chatting and joking around with one another, rather than greeting or asking the customer (I.e. me) how they could assist. Very unprofessional. I will not be back.
