I shipped my stuff from US to India, and paid extra for Universal Relocations to pack my things. I paid extra for TV, they confirmed it will be put in a special wooden pallet, and handled carefully.Well TV came broken, it was very poorly packed in just a blanket and a box. The folks who opened the box were shocked at how badly it was packed.I didnt include Insurance just because they told me how careful they will be with the TV. Other things like Mirrors and picture frames were more carefully packed than TV. Very disappointed at the unprofessional and poor quality of service offered by Universal Relocations.

Venkat from universal relocation did an excellent job with our shipping from NH to Chennai. Very impressed with the professional packing and loading done at the origin. Only room for improvement will be speed of delivery. It took more than 60 day to deliver our shipment.

Universal Relocations took all the stress out of moving from the Middle East to Chennai. Ranjini G was very accommodating for scheduling the pack out and great care was taken during pack out and unpacking. There were no hidden charges and delivery was very efficient. It was a pleasure working with Universal Relocations and I will definitely use them in the future!

The experience with Universal Relocations was very pleasing and elating. I had all my interactions with Venkat, a very calm and patient. He very well explained the process and even provided the alternate options that would suite my requirement. Very proactive and never had to follow up twice. The experience was very Smooth and door to door. There were no hidden charges, and was charged as explained .

Universal relocators helped us in moving our stuffs from NJ , USA to Coimbatore, india As they told they were very prompt in their timing and I received my stuffs in a good condition except minor scratches in the coffee table otherwise it was worth for the money . I spoke with Mr Venkat who coordinated the entire process excellent service . The customs clearance were smooth I would definitely recommend to my friends Grt job guys �
