Had a wonderful spa day with my daughters. Left the spa and came here for back to school shopping. I guess we weren’t dressed for the store because no one spoke or helped us. Girls I’m sure you work on commission. Big mistake. BIG MISTAKE.

I’ve been visiting Uniquities since I was very young and am excited to finally be living in the Triangle so I can shop here more regularly. Everyone who works at the various locations is great and so helpful. I did have a small frustration with the return policy as I did not know items bought in the store could not be returned for a refund, but they were very helpful and had great customer service after the fact. Just something to keep in mind when shopping here.

Unfortunately I had a very odd experience here . I was shopping with a friend and no one offered to help us and furthermore - they laughed at us when we were at the counter paying . We felt so embarrassed an awkward that we stumbled to get our credit cards out bc we were so taken aback . We tried figuring out why they stared at us and laughed and couldn’t - so I guess it just was a sad and discouraging experience . Hope no one else has to feel this way as a grown ( or young ) woman .
