I have never been to a place that takes such great care of their customers, Brooke is the nicest person you will ever meet. My service van was hit and the insurance company picked this place and I’m sure glad they did. They even washed the truck and cleaned the trash out of my cab. I highly recommend this place and will bring my personal stuff there also.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ultimate Auto, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. After a collision, I was worried about the extensive repairs my car needed, but from the moment I contacted Ultimate Auto, my concerns were put at ease.
Brooke, in particular, was exceptional throughout the entire process. She was incredibly informative, explaining every step of the repair process and ensuring that I understood what was being done to my vehicle. Her communication skills are top-notch; she kept me updated regularly, so I never had to wonder about the status of my repairs.
The coordination with the other guy's insurance company was seamless, thanks to Brooke and the team's efficiency. They handled all the paperwork and additional repair approvals, making the whole experience stress-free for me.
When I picked up my car, I was thrilled with the quality of the work. The repairs were flawless, and my vehicle looked as good as new. It's clear that Ultimate Auto takes pride in their work and values their customers.

Had an incredible experience here. I brought my 2018 Subaru Forester in because someone had backed their truck into my car door in a parking lot. They gave a very reasonable estimate, and Brooke who I had all my communication with even gave the gentleman who hit my car a discount because he was paying out of pocket. She didn't have to do that, but it was indicative of the kind of business they run. Brooke was super easy to work with, communicated very well, and made everything a super smooth experience. The repair was flawless, and they even gave the car a minor detail on the inside and out on top of everything. If you have any sort of body shop needs you need to bring your car here. Great people, reasonable prices, and fabulous work!

I 100% recommend this business - EVERYTHING about this process was simple. The initial inspection was very thorough, and we looked at everything and talked for a while. I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty about options and alternatives. Brooke was very communicative about the repair process and is the nicest person to work with - she helped provide updates - suggestions - and provided outstanding customer service when I had questions. Where do I begin! This place is amazing and super professional!! My car was involved in collision and as soon as I called Brooke and explained everything, she quickly reassured me that they will take care of everything! Her customer service is out of this world and was always willing to answer any questions I had! Will recommend this place to any and everyone. I JUST WANT TO SAY THIS SHOP SAVED MY LIFE!! Nobody wanted to take my car insurance and I honestly thought I would never find a shop that could fix the damages to my car. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service Brooke gave me from the very beginning all the way until I picked up my car. She kept me updated throughout the entire process which I thought was very helpful. I am a person that appreciates the little things because they can make a huge difference sometimes. When I picked my car up, she walked me to it and broke down everything that was done(even though she had been doing that throughout the time it was in the shop lol) and even answered any questions I had. Not to mention the fact that she went above and beyond and even vacuumed my car out for me. They are really really amazing. Affordable prices and quality work for sure! You won’t regret it! I highly recommend Ultimate Auto Body!

The Team at Ultimate Auto Body did fantastic work on my car. A family member backed pretty hard into my car causing some decent damage. The team at Ultimate Auto Body had my vehicle fixed within a week. Their service is fantastic and they took really good car of my car. I will recommend them to others if they are needing any auto body work.
