Very friendly people on the phone& willing to help..This was my first time here with a 53ft trailer delivery .The backing wasn’t bad if your use to setting up first for tight spots & angles so the negative reviews helped with that by letting you know ahead...A worker had put a van exactly in the space i needed as soon as I got there but the warehouse guy was educated on the space that I needed to dock & moved what vehicles that needed to be moved without me having to ask which was 3 stars alone .I definitely wouldn’t show to early without asking someone first because there’s no truck parking on the street posted everywhere but it was a fast unload for a full trailer.I was done in 1 1/2 hours with nothing palletized on a hot 100 degree day so I can’t leave a bad review .The warehouse guy was a good worker with a positive attitude & theres a friendly phone staff.Id come back based on my first experience

One of their truck drivers nearly ran into the back of my car in a fit of road rage. I was leaving a daycare with my infant son in the backseat. Reckless, unsafe, and could have caused injury.

I was needing someone to remove the insulation from my attic and called out to Tri-City on 2 separate weeks and left my contact info, told both times I would be getting a call from a salesperson, never heard a word....no wonder their rating is so low. I would have gave zero stars if I could have.

Had spray foam and crawlspace plastic installed. Worked with Brian and Nathan. Both were great to work with. Plenty of communication back and forth. Nathan did a really nice job cutting in the plastic around the piers. Would recommend them.

I live in Epcon's Courtyard on Holt, Apex.One of their trucks was installing insulation last night at 10:30. While I was on the phone with Apex police, the truck shut down. Could they be anymore inconsiderate of residents?!

Tri-City installed our gutters when our house was built, they did a good job with that save they missed a piece. My husband had a stroke, and I did not catch that they had missed a piece of guttering till after our year. I called them to see if they would honor it and no. That's ok my bad. Here is the problem They did not return my call, when they said they would, 2 times. Jennifer who answered the phone the second time was short with me and made me to feel I was interrupting her. I waited 3 days after each call. When I set up the appt. I did not hear from the guy until more than an hour after the time window he scheduled with me. I do not feel they care one way or the other

Rude and uncooperative with driver when asked to move company vehicles in this tight lot to accommodate a 28' sleeper tractor with a 53' trailer. Cars line both sides of street and employees parking at dock entrance make this extra fun for someone who has been driving big trucks 4 years. Look at pictures I've posted and decide for yourself. This is a commercial area in the middle of residential neighborhoods. Response to newer reviews since my review 4 yrs ago- at the time of my delivery back then, there was an employee truck broke down taking up 1 of the 2 car widths of the entrance and 32-38 ft company box trucks lined up in front of the dock area that had original backing space of 100 feet.

I'm impressed by the gutter installation Tri-City did for us. The installers were professional, thorough and safe. From the ground view and the portions I can see from the second floor, the gutters and downspouts are solid and secure. They look good also. We've always gone with white. I'm glad we went with dark bronze; very classy. Based on the job they did for us, I recommend them
