Best customer service ever!!! Super happy with my purchase today of my new Dual Sport 2 bike and I really appreciate the help of James, Matt, and Joel. They were really friendly and helped me attach my new accessories on my bike and attach a tailgate pad on my truck. I would definitely recommend their bikes and service to a friend and look forward to doing future business!

If you are looking for the best bike shop in Raleigh, look no further than Trek Raleigh Holly Park. Matt, Chris, Joel and the crew are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly the best for customer service in town. Rode my new bike this morning and I love it. So again, if you are looking for a bike shop Trek Raleigh Holly Park is the best!!!

I have now purchased 3 Trek bikes since the mid-90's, and they have all been excellent, reliable machines.
The folks at the Holly Park store were extremely helpful, and understood that I wanted to shop around some before committing to a bike. In the end I returned, and I could not be happier with my purchase and the support I received.
