This is a small shop and doesn't look like much, but the work and price speak for themselves. Great job guys!”
“Their new location is wonderful. I was able to work and even have online meetings while I waited. Service was quick and service manager was friendly and took the time to explain some things to monitor on my car.
I had forgotten my water bottle in the waiting area and another manager, Keyona, brought it out out to me at my car in the parking lot when I was about to leave. I had a great experience here. Highly recommend these guys.
Update 3/20/26
Went back to them with a check engine light issue on 3/16/26. They diagnosed it quickly, ordered a part, and got it fixed the same day. The service manager, Keyona, was nice enough to arrange for a complimentary, LYFT, ride to and from their location to my home so I didnt have to wait there all day. These folks know BMWs, are a great alternative to the high price dealer locations, and they offer exceptional service. This is where I will bring my car for everything from now on.”

“My 2012 Prius V Hybrid system warning lights came on and I thought the car was headed to the junk yard. The team at King's Auto assessed the error codes for me, determined the problem, and shared with me that they believed the part needed was still under warranty. They recommended that I bring the car to a Toyota dealership to check. They were 100% correct. Toyota replaced the part under warranty with no charge to me and my car kept driving. I was so grateful to the King's Auto team for their honesty, insight, and guidance. I will definitely return the next time I need my hybrid car to be serviced.”

“We called and made an appointment for my teenage son to take his Jetta in for a check engine light. The guys at the shop were very helpful and friendly. They diagnosed the issue and gave a quote. They didn't charge for the diagnostic and even suggested that we try calling the dealer to see if we could get the part cheaper. I called the VW dealer and they were quite a bit higher so we will gladly take our business back to Duty Tire.
I had heard that Duty Tire was great, but now I can say that I think they are trustworthy and fair with pricing. Their communication as I tried to help my son navigate car repairs was also very much appreciated.”

In a way I’m glad I encountered an issue with precision tune because I wouldn’t have discovered these great guys! I’m so grateful for this family owned business. They plain things to where it’s easy to understand, and they never tried to upsell or pressure me into anything unnecessary. They actually addressed and corrected the situation/problem precision tune on new Bern ave created.
