Poor communication in describing Stihl's no return policy. I presume a business would inform you of something like that before purchase. I've had my wife with me during multiple Stihl purchases and that has not once been communicated. Manager had no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. 2 stars is being generous considering lack of customer service.Huge thanks to Josh at the Cary location for handling this issue. True definition of customer service.

Every time I shop here the customer service is excellent. Everyone is so polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful! I would chose to shop here before going to bigger hardware stores. The prices are the same, if not better with their consistent sales on various items.

Walked in this store unaware of time it closed, every single employee followed me in the store to tell me they were closing in 5 minutes. Bad customer service. One older man, said “we close earlier on the weekends” with an attitude. Younger boy gave me a hard time as soon as I walked in. Ok but, I did still have minutes!!! Very bad customer service.

This's my go to for all my chickens and Birds need!.And a very NICE man he work there he HELP me with all my stuff to the car. I just can't remember when was the last time any one offer to HELP with anything. Thank you .

I hate to admit that today I first went to Lowe’s and then to Home Depot …twice … to get what I needed. The service at both was terrible. No one would help or offer solutions to a simple request - I needed to find a lamp socket/switch.I went to Town and Country Hardware. Someone helped me right away, took me exactly to where I needed and had a grater selection than any of the other stores. He walked me through what I needed and told me to let him know if I had issues.And the cashier was so nice and helpful! The experience really turned around my day. Town & Country will now be where I go first from now on!

This was my 1st time visiting your store. I needed a nut and bolt for my lower oven drawer. What cost $30 online at the "part wharehouse" cost less than a dollar. I couldnt have found the right combination so quickly if it wasnt for your friendly and helpful staff.

Just found this store today. I was shopping for a mini flag. Everyone at the store greeted me, asked if I needed help, and were super friendly. I ended up buying a mat also. Will definitely return. The customer service was amazing! ♥️
