“Great shop and they don't play around with your vehicle, gets straight to the point and gets you back on the road in a timely manner. Appointments are better if you're needing to drop off as they tend to be a little busy.
My AC was diagnosed and fixed by the following day. The price was much better than expected which I felt like the trust factor made a difference in wanting to come back if any future issues arose. “The triple a people had me frustrated, in tears, and had completely left me on the side of the highway because the representative had to cancel my roadside request, AFTER Little John’s had already said they were on their way. This place basically said “screw it” and came to pick me up anyways. I am SO GRATEFUL that they were able to help me out of a bad spot and get me where I needed to go in a reasonable amount of time. I was a little hesitant given the price difference, but Jim was polite and thorough throughout the entire process.
