I had a consultation regarding detangling 3 small areas in my daughter's hair. The stylist advised the cost would be $750 per hour and would take 4 to 6 hours. I was extremely surprised at the cost. If 6 hours, that is a price tag of $4500. For detangling. Thankfully we were able to get the tangles out ourselves at home, but would have liked for Tone to have taken care of it, if the pricing was not so extreme.

Weird, they asked me to send photos of my hair and told me that someone would get back with me but they never did. I’ve reached out several times with no response after they were sent the photos. Why did they steal my photos but never get back to me. That’s a little suspicious. And then I see the police were called on them more than once for doing weird stuff. Beware!

This salon ruined my hair. They had 4 stylists untangling my hair. The pulling and yanking everyone was doing had me in the emergency room for 2 days for a neck injury. I DO NOT recommend coming to this salon EVER. They are so unprofessional

This was my first time getting a curly cut at Tone Salon. My stylist Cailin did such a wonderful job with cutting to give me a bouncy rounded shape again as my hair was out of balance when I walked in. Cailin is very knowledgeable about curly hair, and listened to my concerns throughout the whole process. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a curly cut as I was so happy with the results!

Noura was great. At my first appointment we did a color correction to get me to my desired blonde goal. My hair was done at home and was damaged and orange prior to my visit with Noura. I will be coming in for a second visit to get highlights and more treatments to get my hair back on track. And look forward to making Tone Salon my hair go to!

First, I don't think these negative reviews are even real. Having been here multiple times, I can assure you they are legit the best around. My blonde always turns gold, except when I go to Tone. The staff here is fun, upbeat and they know their stuff. It's a shame some feel the need to bash such a great salon. Jealousy at its best. They work hair magic here. Best in the Business HANDS DOWN.

From beginning to end, this was hands down the BEST salon experience I’ve ever had! The consultation process left me feeling confident and heard. Leda is very clearly client focused. She took the time to ask me questions and never once made me feel rushed. I gave her a pretty rough template to start with. Severely damaged hair by color, bleach and heat. She gave me the end result that I wanted while protecting my hair. She also has a wonderful staff. They absolutely made my day! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a fun time in a salon. Leda is it for me. I’ve found my salon destination. Thank you all so much!
