I love it! The store is always gas the newest lines and the employees are outgoing and personable. I think it’s great and I don’t see any fault as it at all with the place I mean, if they want to give me some free clothes that be great but other than that Tommy Bahama rocks!! I do wish they still had the driving shoes that I used to buy from them. They only carry that one brand now that starts with an O I don’t know much more about it but the driving shoes I absolutely love that I got from this store about eight or 10 years ago, are no longer offered. They are very similar to a Cole Haan driving shoe… But in my opinion better, which is why I went back looking for them again.I was sad for about a minute and then was quickly distracted by some cool new sweatshirt pull overs that they had in the store. Still would love to get the shoes, but I’ll figure that out.Again, in my opinion, Tommy Bahama ROCKS!!“There is none higher !”

Noticed Belks men dept had some of the same items. Always liked TB. Not to happy all the items I looked at were made in China. That will change my buying habits. Prefer, Made in the U.S.A.

Good luck making a return without a receipt, BUT, ALL tags, etc. are still attached to the garment as when I bought them. The lady who manages this location is a bit crusty, and this was shortly after the store opened and was not busy.

Was not intending to buy anything. Until I was approached by the sweet and energetic manager. I have never been a Tommy Bahama person but I guess now I am. Customer service is Top Notch here!

They were extremely helpful, mindful and considerate. Their clothing is of course top of the line and the people working there represent them very well I'll say. Anyway, I'll definitely be back there in the future, thanks Tommy Bahama!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Tommy Bahama in Raleigh. They had a great selection of shirts and sweatshirts in my size, and the customer service was outstanding. There was no pressure, and both Dan and Ken were quick to assist when I had questions. I highly recommend Tommy Bahama, both for the excellent selection of their products, as well as the fantastic customer service provided.
