Today was the final straw after being a patron here for about 2 years, and that sucks because its close, I like the prices, and the owner is personable! It’s just the younger (20’s-30’s) dark haired man that works there. He’s ALWAYS on his phone, never greets anyone (even when spoken to) or says “thanks” and SIGHS when he has to help customers. Today, however, he completely ignored me walking up to the register and standing, speaking, AND looking at him, for approximately 3.5 minutes and helped the person that came in after me instead! I wish I had the patience to wait and ask for his name but I did not. Id be lying if I said I’d never return here - I will, and I will be speaking to the owner about the horrible customer service his employee provides. This store can count itself down one loyal customer.

Worst Vape Shop in town. Always low inventory, and the person behind the counter is constantly on the phone and has no idea what he's doing. Stay away

The people are nice but they always close 10-15 mins early. Sucks when I get off late and can't buy wraps bc they closed early

Awesome vape shop. Neat selection of elf bars. They will order what they don't have if you just ask. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Owner named Alex I believe is very nice and when I ask him questions he always answers with good recommendations and he actually knows his products which is rare for a smoke shop owner (from what I’ve seen) great selection and this morning he recommended a tank to me and it works great, wasn’t the most expensive one on the shelf either. He knows what people like. I will continue to do business with this vapor store and I will continue to recommend it to people I know.
