I worked at the Tammy lynn center in Raliegh, I absolutely loved it. I had to quit because of such a long commute from fayetteville. The traffic was horrendous no matter what shift I worked. It's such a great organization. I so loved it there. I hated to quit, probably the best job I ever had. Very relaxed, I could wear regular street clothes. , hang out with the clients. Oh I loved it. The clients were such loving beautiful sweet human beings. THEY loved everyone. They really touched my life. They were so great full and appreciated even the smallest thing you did for them. It really wasn't like a real regular job. It was like a family. Feel like your spending the day with family. From the tiny babies to the the oldest. I absolutely loved it. I cried all the way home the day I resigned. Wish there was one in fayetteville, I'd volunteer to work there

I would not recommend this place to anyone I know whether it’s to work here or send your children here. The ABA program they had was shut down this year due to mismanagement and more than likely illegal activity (this is only my opinion). They do not care about the children they serve they see them as profit. They were making tons of money off of the children who came there for help. They were awful to the workers and money was all they wanted. Also the CEO is a senator (just saying, take that how you will.) Everything about this place is done for PROFIT. They do not care if what they are doing is morally/legally right. Would never recommend this place. I cannot put everything I know about this place but one last thing I’ll say is beware especially if you have professional licensure that you’d like to keep…

Not the best for Pre-school kids who have wake county IEP program. Our kid did not have any development in the pre-school.

Some of the staff I've spoke to are friendly while others seem very displaced or just dont like their job.

My daughter loves her teacher. She is in all inclusive class and she is thriving. The curriculum is great. I would highly recommend this school.

I used to work here. They clients and students made coming to work everyday worth it. The management on the other hand was lacking. There was zero room for growth. The staff was rude to each other.
What they do for children and adults with intellectual disabilities is beyond words. It was a great experience.

Our daughter is a resident there. We have been receiving different levels of care at TLC since she was 3 years old, and she has flourished because of the care she received. I can't say enough about the value they have added to all of our family.
