Visited this store tonight only to be yelled at & talked down too by Gabrielle or Gabriela as known as (Gabby) working at the last register by the door I think register 7. She was utterly VILE, shouting ghastly insults at me, and you felt the manager was complicit to not address her to calm her down to talk to her. In my opinion, you sow bad seeds you will reap them. Tj Maxx please reconsider who you hire to represent your store especially when it comes to working the cash wrap to check out customers.

I like Tjmax because you can buy the best quality for less and it’s one stop shop for a special occasion from the the head to the toe.

Always like going to TJ Maxx because you never know what you might find. This time I didn't find what I was after but I enjoyed myself anyway just looking around.

Every time I go, it’s a 5/10 experience. The clothes are over picked, disorganized, dirty.. a spider fell on me once and I told myself I’ll never go back. I can never find anything! Also, imo the best part of the store is the jewelry and bag section although, there is never anyone at jewelry counter… when there is some customers get ignored and others get helped??? This TJ Maxx used to be the best… there sister store Marshalls will always be my favorite ?
Update: returned a luggage worth $100 (1/2/23
) or so without a receipt on a card I have… and got a warning about my returns… so ridiculous I felt like the employee thought I stole it by the small talk with her employee on the side… I never stolen anything in my life much less would I ever be able to steal a giant luggage… a lot of items from tj maxx like clothes/ decor come defective in my experience. Will limit my tj maxx shopping all together! Go after people who actually steal lol
