Echo was on time, polite and friendly. She asked me what were my expectations before starting which I appreciate. I found out that the "pre-cleaning* I did was not necessary because she would have done those tasks herself. I did have to leave prior to her finishing up so I didn't see the final results until I returned home later in the evening. She contacted me once she was done to inform me that she was leaving so that I could arm the house. Once I returned home, I was completely satisfied with her work and it was nice to come home to an extra clean house. Even the kids were running thru the house saying"I love the cleaners". I will continue to use them monthly as I was completely satisfied.Services: Standard cleaning

I requested their deep clean service. They did spend a lot of time in my house and the girls were very nice and professional but there were several things they missed that I caught just before they left and then there were several more I found after.Just about every molding above a door was not dusted and several areas were missed.The laundry basket in the master bathroom wasn't moved so the floor under and behind it wasn't cleaned.The fan in the living room did not get wiped down.

The cleaners were very professional, courteous and careful. They got most of the dust and accumulated "stuff" from our move in and various repairs. They worked quickly and were very careful around my antiques. I would recommend them again.Service: Moving-related cleaning

My husband raved about the work completed! They were prompt and polite. We requested a move out cleaning, and they did an absolutely amazing job! They even cleaned some spiderwebs at the very top of our living room, in a window no one could reach. I wish we could pack them up with us and take them to our new home! My allergies acted up while visiting my daughter. She has 2 dogs and a cat. Called Tina Maids to get the house cleaned. For just a standard clean, the whole house and 2.5 bathrooms were clean, fresher & smelled nice. The carpeted stairs and all throw rugs were clear of any pet hair. Gary of the company even steam mopped the floors. He didn’t spend too much time either. My allergies abated. Since I am here next month, I plan to call Gary back.Service: Standard clean

My apartment was immaculate! I hired Tina’s Maids of Raleigh for a Move Out clean which took the pressure off of an already stressful move. The estimate was free and the prices were very reasonable. I gave them a key to enter and when I returned the first thing that hit me was a nice clean smell that wasn’t overwhelming.I swear my apartment is now cleaner than when I moved in!
