Tiffany made a very complicated process a breeze for first time home buyers. She had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. When we would visit a home, she would conduct her own search around the property and let us know the faults/potential repairs we would need to consider. Finding a home in today’s market while balancing a full time job can be extremely stressful. Tiffany’s support allowed us to manage both. When it comes time to move again, she will be our first call.

Tiffany just helped us buy our first home and we had an awesome experience working with her and her team! She was incredibly responsive, was always available to help us, was super patient with all of our questions, never put pressure on us, and gave us great tips on how to structure offers in this intense market. When we went to houses she looked around carefully for any potential issues, and she'd even get into crawlspaces and attics -- she looks at houses with a very meticulous eye and was very honest which was great for us since that meant no nasty surprises during the inspection! After we went under contract she helped to negotiate the price down and gave us everything we needed to have as smooth of a closing as possible. She also sent over fantastic recommendations and resources for moving and home maintenance for post-closing. Thank you again for everything Tiffany!

Tiffany was awesome in navigating us through this crazy market! We were immediately impressed with everything she did and said compared to our past experiences and interactions w/other agents during the home buying process. She literally crawled under decks and in crawl spaces during house tours, pointing out things against building code, and clarifying major vs minor issues. Her experience and recommendations were clutch in getting us to understand the current market situation and what competitive offers look like. Incredibly responsive & communicative all the time. Once we were under contract, she saved us tons of money with negotiations. And to boot, she was super personable and funny - an absolute pleasure to work with!

I feel bad that it's taken me so long to write this review since we had a great experience working with Tiffany when we were looking for our first home. She was quick and efficient, did not push us into anything we weren't comfortable with, explained the process and all our options. She also had great referrals for the other professionals needed throughout the home-buying process. Thanks to her and her contacts, we were able to close on our house about as quickly as one can. We enjoyed working with her and would definitely use her again.

From start to finish, our experience purchasing our first home with Tiffany was amazing! Tiffany was extremely professional, resourceful, and fun to work with. We worked with Tiffany Maddux of eXp Realty in the summer of 2020 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers on the house, thanks in large part to Tiffany. She brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers.She also gave us advice on how to stage our home during the pandemic which was important, considering this was a unique situation. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with a first-time buyer. Tiffany was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. Tiffany was always available to answer our questions; she was responsive. We had a great experience!We will definitely use Tiffany on any other real-estate transactions in the future.

There aren’t the right words for how amazing Tiffany Maddux was during this journey for me!!! She was amazing at everything!!! As a first time home buyer I was a novice to a lot of information and she was great at explaining things I didn’t understand. Tiffany is fantastic. My partner and I were first-time homebuyers, and I am so glad we found her. Before we started looking, Tiffany took us out for coffee and spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for in our housing search. She didn’t push home buying on us; instead, she took the time to carefully explain the complex dynamics of the current housing market in the Triangle, the various steps and processes involved in making an offer, and strategies that she has found effective in this competitive market. She also made sure that we understood the costs and financial risks associated with buying a house and invited us to carefully consider what we would be comfortable with. There was no pressure to increase our budget, and she never made us feel embarrassed about our modest budget or limited level of liquidity. Throughout our home search, Tiffany responded quickly to texts and emails and provided invaluable insights about neighborhoods, towns, and the language of listings. During showings, Tiffany pointed out important details and investigated parts of the houses where we never thought to look. Once we had an offer accepted, Tiffany helped facilitate our exchanges with our lender and with the home inspectors and closing attorney. She also wasn’t afraid to apply pressure on the seller’s agent during moments when they seemed to be dragging their feet. Throughout the entire process, we felt like we had a strong and knowledgeable advocate. In the end, we ended up in a home that met all of our desired criteria, and we were able to get it for under listing price and without having to risk a small fortune for due diligence and earnest money. I am still amazed how lucky we were. As closing approached, Tiffany helped connect us to venders for moving, cleaning, lawncare, and so many other services. She made the whole thing seamless. I recommend her to anyone. And if we ever sell our home, she will be the first person I call.
