Great experience - first time in the store after years of driving by and thinking "we should check that place out". Bought 2 great lamps. Debbie was lovely and a great guide to our investment ;-). She even adjusted one of the lamp's height to where we wanted to place it. Highly recommend and we will be back!

I called to inquire about table lamps today and when I did, I was told that the pair that fit my color description were "vintage and thousands of dollars" and that she had one other pair in that color that were "from Paris and VERRRRRY expensive." It seems like a terrible business model to have sales associates, employees, or even business owners who immediately discourage potential customers from visiting their store by implying that their products are too expensive for the customer to afford before even asking for a price range. It's also just plain rude and should be discouraged which hopefully this review will do in the future and save someone an unpleasant conversation.

They rewired my grandparents chandelier for me a few years ago and replace some of the broken crystal parts. They did a great job and now it hangs in my dining room. Wonderful service!

Lighting shouldn't be shady. Through my interior designer a deposit of 6K was made on a fixture made payable to the owner of Thompson Lynch, George Viall. I tried to get my deposit back but was then told about Thompson Lynch's no return policy on deposits. I bought it from George Viall not Thompson Lynch. They have since sold the fixture to someone else and kept my 6k. I was scammed.
