No More Grooming Drama!
Our little guy, Oliver, used to come home from his grooming appointments at other groomers despondent -- he wouldn't eat or socialize until the following day.
Then we discovered Keely at The Pawty and for the first time in his life Oliver came home happy and playful. He's been a client of Keely's ever since -- 7 happy years now.
We love you Keely!

When we adopted our dog, I took her to a well known grooming chain. Disaster. The experience left her terrified and itchy. Evidently their products were as harsh as their grooming techniques. I started doing the grooming myself. Cutting nails, shampooing, conditioning and endless brushing. It was more than I could or wanted to handle. So I began to search for the best groomer in the area. Somehow I stumbled across Pawty, got on their waiting list and eventually our pup had an appointment. What a difference. She came home smelling sweet, nails clipped and sanded, fur soft enough to sink in to and deShedded. The folks at Pawty love what they do. The dog loves what they do. And I love what they do. (The photo was sent to me by the Pawty folks. It's our dog with Hannah who along with Keeley the patient, gentle, expert groomer, make Pawty Harlow's home away from home.)

Hanna and Keeley did a fantastic job with Cooper's groom. They are so sweet, gentle, and patient with the dogs they work with. Keeley and Hanna were both very professional and clear communicators, checking to be sure Cooper didn't have any current concerns or allergy concerns. They even noticed Cooper had a slight ear infection, cleaned it well, and informed me so that I could keep an eye on it.They were so thorough and his trim looks amazing! I couldn't recommend Hanna and Keeley more.

Keeley is a rare gem who makes grooming something my sweet pup Lewie looks forward to. She is so calming and gentle and gives Lewie the most handsome haircut. I love that Keeley only has one pup at a time in her shop and Lewie does too! He doesn’t have any anxiety throughout his grooming session.

this place didn’t amazing for my in laws dog! i took her in and they were so sweet and gentle with her even though she’s not the best for grooming. i can’t recommend this place enough, the gentle care they provide is better than anywhere i have been before and the groom itself was perfect, she’s never been so cute with her lil haircut. amazing job to both girls here and i highly recommend coming here

Keeley & Hanna are the best of the best. They are “the dog whisperers” and their work is perfection!! The Pawty is the ONLY place we’ll go for grooming. Most importantly, our dogs LOVE them!!!!!!!

Overpriced & sloppy grooming. She has a razor that has a cutting guide...still could not get an even cut. Did not clean hair around his ears, privates face. Cage free & nice people but poor grooming job.

Without a doubt the absolute best groomer + grooming experience we’ve EVER had. After what we suspect to be a bad experience at the last groomer, my pup was super fearful, anxious and scared… they met her at the door with cheers and treats, and the cheers and treats kept going until she was done, along with tons of snuggles and encouragement along the way. Thank you SO MUCH, Pawty People ❤️ for your patience, kindness, empathy and compassion. We will never go anywhere else!

Keeley is AMAZING! I have been taking my two babies to her since I moved here from New York in 2016. She is so wonderful with them and they love to go see her. She really takes the time to get to know your fur babies, she’s gentle, loving & her work is top notch. Even when I moved an hour away I still brought them to The Pawty to get groomed. I couldn’t imagine bringing them to anybody else. They are both senior dogs and are special needs so to find someone that truly cares about them and knows how to work around their needs is a blessing. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring and professional environment for their dogs to be groomed.

**Lack of professionalism alert. Customers beware.**Keeley, owner of The Pawty, has been grooming our dog for the past two years without issue. We recently got a puppy and Keeley agreed to groom her along with our other dog. Keeley was made aware of our puppy’s age and weight, and was sent a picture of her. The grooming appointments were scheduled three weeks in advance of the grooming date. Today, less than 24 hours before our appointment, Keeley informed us that a rabies vaccine is needed or our pup can’t be groomed. She also told us that our pup would not get a cut during the appointment since it was her first appointment. None of this information was disclosed at booking. I expressed my disappointment with her late notification and explained that we are headed out of town and have no other way to get our puppy groomed before traveling. Keeley knew that our puppy was only 10 weeks old. Any experienced and well-versed groomer should know that puppies don’t get rabies vaccines until at least 15 weeks old. Keeley stated that this is what all groomers require. She never acknowledged her responsibility in not informing us of her policies at scheduling. We have only ever had one dog and Keeley is the only groomer we have known. How were we to know her policies if she didn’t tell us at booking? She gave no apology for the inconvenience or lack of information provided, and she text my husband and I stating “find another groomer.” The entire situation is appalling. My husband still can’t believe that someone could be so unbelievably unprofessional. Beware of this groomer. The lack of professionalism and inability to accept responsibility for her actions is enough to steer clear of Keeley and The Pawty. Our soon-to-be new groomer couldn’t believe the text messages from Keeley either. Perhaps it was all a blessing in disguise. We didn’t realize how overpriced Keeley was until now and also how lacking her list of services is. I hope this review is helpful to any and all loving dog parents.
