We visited the store tonight and Greg helped us. He was the perfect blend of helpful without hovering. He had good answers to all our questions and the check out and delivery set up was a breeze. It’s our 2nd purchase from OMF, but it won’t be our last!

Love this place quality products, knowledgeable sales people who take the time to help you find the right product. Covid safe liners that allow you to still try out the beds. 10 year warranty on craftsmanship plus double sided mattresses make this a lovely place to buy a quality product.

Greg was super helpful as we shopped for new mattresses. He wore a mask, was kind and cordial and educational and never pushy. He gave us each a cover to use when trying the mattresses so all was safe. We found what we wanted at great prices! Definitely recommend this place!

We had a mattress from OMF for eleven years and it served us well so we went back when it was time for a replacement. The sales person was excellent and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and he didn't try to push us to buy a certain mattress. I wanted an extra firm and he gave a detailed explanation on how side sleepers vs back sleepers may have pressure point problems with the extra firm. Although I still bought the extra firm, I appreciated him going over it. The delivery guys were great. They called the day ahead and the day of to let us know when they would get there. They were punctual, polite, and fast movers. The old mattress was loaded on the truck and the new mattress on the bed in about fifteen minutes. After having slept on the new mattress for a few nights we are very pleased with our purchase.

My wife and I had a great experience. It was our first stop of many mattress stores. We bought because the quality for value but the service was also top notch. The initial salesman Derrel (sp?) was knowledgeable and focused on educating us on the construction and differences between the models. When we went back the manager Greg finished the transaction and was very patient to let us use a number of Visa gift cards we had from our wedding. The delivery was fast and the delivery people were extremely friendly and seemed to be having fun doing their job.Great experience all around!
