So I was just in The North Face store here at Crabtree Valley Mall. I'm in there looking for a jacket and not one person said a word to me well a white lady walks in and I hear good afternoon how are you doing so I look around a little bit more before deciding not to purchase the $270 jacket I liked. As I was leaving the store a white couple walked in and again I hear good afternoon Wow I just walked back in and still nothing all they want to do is watch me like I'm about to still something. On the way out I stopped a lady that works there and explained to her what just took place and all she said was, I will speak to them about it no apology what's so ever. So I came home and ordered a jacket from True Religion.

I purchased a jacket here that turned out to be too large. I brought it back in and the associate at the counter, I believe his name was Ned, made it super easy, even getting me a price match for my original purchase. He and Connor were both great 10/10

Average store with not great collections.Was looking for a specific design and couldn't find thatAlso - the 30% offer is really a gimmick, all old and ugly pieces are in deal.Rest all the pieces are very average too with not so many varieties.

Staff seem to love the great outdoors… because they treat you like dirt. Although the store was almost empty none of the 3 staff there were any help and we had to struggle to get a coat down from the high rack. Each question we had was quickly brushed off like we were interrupting them. We gave up and found a parka at another store. Whoever the manager is needs to do some training on customer service.

Sensor was left on the FIRST purchase...EVER from NF...Mgr, responds by saying that the sensor SHOULD NOT have been left on the merchandise..."Hellooooo!" Yeah! I totally forgot my receipt, WHEN I did return! It was insinuated that, JUST "maybe"...I stole the merchandise...So I am JUST going to incriminate MYself...Then ANOTHA, "young" Smuck...heckles, "You'd be surprised!" As I told him, "I'm handling THIS situation, later for whomever!"...All was needed was my e-mail...to rectify the problem...(Which SOMEhow...was NOT in "THEIR" system upon purchase!)...After TRYing to blame ME, as if "I" DONT know...WHAT My e-mail is (?)...Long story short...Spent NEEDless time talking to these "young" Dweebs...WHO KNOW NOTHing!!!! JUST "maybe" if I wasn't a BLACK woman...the insinuation...wudda been less severe...OR... Non-existent...Kick Rocks...NF...for the Dweebs, who represent..."your" corp! I'm sure you'd could care less ABOUT...NOT getn ANY more $$$$ of mine!!!! GOOD!!!! The feeling...IS MUTUAL!!!!
