There are not many places around with the quality of customer service The Hemp Company provides. They care about their company and the customers' business. Products are also top flight! 10/10 would suggest to anyone interested.

Medical Marijuana user from AZ traveling from out of town looking for some medicine. I stumbled on this place, and it was super helpful. Had a great selection of medicinal options and a very helpful staff. Koreena McDonald was a great help in finding exactly what I needed and was super knowledgeable!

This is by FAR the best place I have been for any hemp product! Love the staff, they are super helpful in person or on the phone and always get my orders shipped quickly. LOVE the product as well. Helps with many medical conditions I have. Thank you for making quality products available so easily!

Budtender was very rude over the phone. She assumes that everyone should know exactly where this place is located even with navigation you can be led to the wrong location when you click on the address from the text message you received from the store. Next time have positive intentions when you answer the phone and don't be such a snob.Update:After owner reached out and tried to make things right. Adjusting my rating from 1 star to 4. Not quite 5 stars but a better start.

The employees I've encountered so far are very friendly and helpful. Great selection of products and great location. Wish they had more "deals" or bundles but they do have a rewards program. Just be careful when youre leaving because Falls of Neuse has alot of traffic at times.
