Sadly I have to review this facility as a 1 star. Our daughter enrolled in October 2023. We were excited for her entering daycare and the new teacher who was to begin at the center. Within days of this new hire beginning, she left or was terminated causing a rotating shift of temporary teachers. Our daughter was placed in a class of all boys to make a total of 5 kids. During the month of December 2023 she was bitten twice! First on her hand ( no incident report was provided until requested) and then it happened again in 2 weeks evidenced by the photo attached. This time on her face and we are not certain if it will permanently scar her. We decided to give our 30 day notice to leave the center and luckily found a new day care center that could take her at the end of January. In response the Goddard school upper management and ownership decided to falsely claim we broke a school rule and in retribution, they canceled our final month of care using this false narrative as rationale. Instead of protecting and appeasing the victim by moving our daughter to another class and perhaps adding more supervision, they opted to blame the victim and her parents. We now have to scramble and rearrange our schedules to find care for the next month. So yes we were charged for the month of January and it was deducted from our account and they did not afford us the same respect of proper notice to terminate per the agreement. While teachers in the school are kind, the handling of this case by the owner and management is poor customer service, shows a lack of empathy, consideration and accountability.For all seeking care please also take a look at the competitive disadvantages vs. other 5 star daycares.This Goddard school in Brier Creek1. Does not Offer lunch. (You must provide lunch for your child)2. Does not Have a camera system that is shared with parents.3. Is the most expensive (which we thought was ok and that we were giving our daughter the best).In closing, I cannot express enough the pain and anger I felt as a father seeing my baby come home with this scar which was preventable if they had proper supervision in the class to stop the action. I hope this review helps you make the best decision for your family. The pictures below show the bite the day it happened and the current mark. Please expect a response to this review from management accepting no accountability, finger pointing at the victim and saying we think this was best for all parties.

I only have positive things to say. My son has been enrolled for almost 2 years. Each classroom has been attentive, thoughtful, and caring. My son has loved all his teachers and his development has clearly been so positively influenced through Goddard’s curriculum. The directors are excellent and have a 2 great backgrounds in the medical field and school administration respectively. It’s also a great plus that they have an indoor gym, so even on hot days or bad weather they find a way to wear the kids out!I couldn’t ask for more from a daycare, and I would recommend them to family.

They just rip off your money by asking for the fee of waitlisting. And they will never call you back where your child in the order. Not accessible and responsible. I have never experienced those poor professorship among other daycares in the area.

We had our baby at a different daycare that didn't work out. Then we switched her to Goddard as a toddler. The entire settling in experience went so well because the compassion teachers have got kids. Love the atmosphere of the school and all the effort everyone puts to help for an well rounded growth of children. Thank you Miss Amber and Ari.”

Terrible and would not recommend. They showed as a whole that they do not care about parents concerns, children safety and cleanliness of the child. If I could rate them any less. I absolutely would.

Friendly staff, beautifully decorated classrooms and lobby area. The walls are decorated with children's artwork, and an overall very welcoming environment for children.We also love our teacher, Mrs. Megan. She's very sweet with the children, is super upbeat and enthusiastic, encouraging, and provides great daily updates. She's also been so great with helping get us potty trained! Our son loves her and being in her class.The admin team is also great - very responsive, very knowledgeable, and always helpful. And we find the daily update app super useful, too.

We love everything about the Goddard School! From the front desk, director to the teachers, we are so pleased with how sweet and kind they are to our sweet little girl! It makes going to work very comforting knowing that our little girl is loved!

Our 5 month old daughter loves going to school! She's so happy and loved, I can tell she is well loved because she smells like her teachers as odd as that sounds :) Thankful for a place for our sweet babe to be taken care of!

We have been very happy with this school. The teachers have done an outstanding job in challenging our child and preparing him with the academics and social development needed in life.They have also done a great job during the current pandemic at keeping our child and the staff safe.
