I came into the store today to update my elfa storage system, and Jenna provided the most incredible customer service from planning, purchasing, and even loading into my car. I could not have asked for better service. Thanks, Jenna!

Absolutely ridiculous. Made an appointment for custom cabinets to sit with a designer. Showed up only to be told the person I need to speak with wasn't there.

Excellent customer service! I placed an online order for pickup and did some in store shopping. The store is clean and organized. The employees were friendly and helpful. One of the women walked me around multiple area's of the store to help me find a solution. There was always an employee nearby to ask questions. They had a vast array of unique organization solutions. I live an hour and a half away and when I got home to find an issue with my online order they went out of their way to make it right. You can't ask for better service than that. I would definitely stop back in and shop when in the area.

Excellent products with top quality. Lots of variety. The sales people were all very nice, cheerful, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Have shopped here before and will again. Prices were good with items I wanted on sale

I hate to leave a review like this because I love the container storeBut today was an experience that I will never forgetI was shopping today and my niece was standing near/on a little platformSo Terry asked us politely if she could get downImmediately we had her get downMoments later well the rest of the time I spent in that storeTerry followed my family aroundEvery single place we went in that store she would be creeping up behind us pretending to be cleaning upI never seen her follow nobody else aroundI never seen her ask anybody else if they needed helpThis carried on for more than 10 minutesIt was apparent with being the only black people in the store why she was following usI’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my lifeI went to the frontMade my purchase and let the cashier know the treatment my family receivedI will never shop here again and I’ve been shopping here for a long time
