We found Jordan and his team by way of Dave Ramsey’s reference. He answered the phone immediately when I called. He set up a meeting to discuss with us the sale of our home. He listened to our priorities, showed us the comparisons of your property, and previewed for us a strategy for the sale. He was realistic, easily communicative, and offered options instead of insisting on his choices. One of the greatest assets a realtor can have is a lengthy contact list for listing layouts in the house, handymen, floors, etc. All of them were responsible, responsive, and fairly priced. The open house went off without a hitch. The house was under contract within two weeks despite the chaos of the market and interest rates. The house finalized the sale and overall, despite being a challenge, went rather well. He even has contacts in other states to get us likeminded realtors who have the same temperament and go getter attitude. But here’s what you really want to know…would I use him and his team again? Yes, full endorsement. Buying or selling he’s my first call.

From the first appointment to list my house , through the professional, customize Staging Consultation, Amazing top notch photography, advertising, the Open House all the way to closing, David and his team were on top of every detail!. This group works flawless in one accord to get the job done. For all my future real estate needs, I have to look no further.You will not be disappointed. 100% five-star experience with no caveats. Sammy DeStefano was incredible at both connecting us with people to sell our house in Greenville and helping buy our dream home in Wendell. He was always had our best interests in mind and was completely in our corner in the hunt to find somewhere we would love without feeling like we were compromising on our hopes. Albert Palamenti did an incredible job of keeping us in the loop on the business side of things, helping us organize who we needed to be talking to and what information we needed to get where. Will definitely recommend the Clark Team for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area in the future.

We were first-time home buyers and purchasing a home across the country. The Clark Team was incredibly helpful and responsive! They took videos of homes for us and when we were ready to make a decision, Jordan was quick to help us. They helped us with the inspection and all of the closing information. The Clark team was very effective in selling our home. They priced it just right and marketed the property aggressively. Everything they did was first rate, from sending a stager to provide tips on a pleasingly aesthetic appearance, to precisely measuring each room, to signage in the yard, up to guidance on documentation. Perfect realtor!!

I recently purchased my first home and had the BEST experience working with Katie Lynam and Albert Palamenti of the Clark Team. Both were so understanding and easy to work with. Katie was super diligent in answering all my questions (trust me- there were tons!) and worked with me for several months as we looked for a home that had everything I wanted. She worked around my crazy schedule since I'm a registered nurse for viewings and calls. Albert was also just a wealth of knowledge and information. He gave me a realistic timeline for the steps I needed to take to get to closing. I would have definitely stumbled without his guidance! Every person/service that he recommended was wonderful. I never thought closing on a home could be so easy. Thank you both for everything :) If given the opportunity I would love to work with both of them again.

As this being my first time buying I will say I started this whole process with a lot on my shoulders and they helped with a lot of stress. The way that the team members explain the process and really get every detail explained very well, if you for some reason don't understand they are more than happy to explain in a way you can understand. The knowledge, patients, and skill set that this team has would be a great help to experienced buyers and new buyers as well.

I wouldn’t recommend. This has not been good experience for a close relative of mine. Jordan was non attentive and doesn’t seem to care. After being neglected haven’t seen a house barely spoken to for 3weeks. “Called” Jordan and he replied to her in text …”what’s up?” That’s unprofessional. After sending a letter of termination Jordan has yet to respond. I recently closed on a home and my realtor was nothing of such.
