The Bath Shop did a complete renovation of our master bath and closet. They were extremely thorough from design to completion. They were thoughtful and efficient during the entire process. We couldn’t have done this without their expertise. The process was timely and relatively stress free. It turned out even better than we imagined.

The Bath Shop did a great job remodeling our master bathroom. We decided to engage the Bath Shop to remodel our master bath after their initial quote was in line with our budget and they also provided bathroom design services. Maryn was our design consultant, and she did just a great job taking us through all the options for the new layout of our bathroom and for the selection of new tile, new countertops, and new cabinet and hardware options. She also developed computer renderings that allowed us to envision what our completed bathroom would look like. The Bath Shop then started work on our bathroom on the date they had committed to and Tim, our assigned project manager, kept both the project running on track and us well informed with construction progress the entire time. During construction we came to know both Chris, our Carpenter, and Phillip, our Plummer, well and they both did a very detailed and professional job on the bathroom. The gentlemen that installed our tile also did a particularly good job. All the materials that was used, and the craftsmanship that was employed, was first rate. The end result was just a beautiful new bathroom that we could not be happier with.

I contracted with them in December 2023 and work was finally completed the end of June. Scope was two bath rooms, pantry cabinets and backsplash in kitchen. Poorly managed and I was treated as a full in for larger projects. I could have built a new house in the same time frame. Read there contract carefully before signing no way to get out of it after deposit is made. I was treated poorly and disrespected by project managers and management. Poor communication and disrespect ed myself and my home. Schedule was never correct and many days the workers didn’t show up. Job site superintendent “Tim” was disrespectful to us by sending messages through builder trend at later hours of the night after we had gone to bed saying workers were either not going to be onsite or were gong to be late and my wife would get up at 7:30 am expecting someone to be there and no one would show up because we received the notification after we had gone to bed. Trash was left sitting for days and I removed much of the trash because of the delays. Would not recommend to anyone.

This was my first major renovation project and I am extremely happy that I chose The Bath Shop. Since this was my first time, I went in not really knowing what to expect. I ended up having a great experience! I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. The design team made my vision come true of having a separate tub and shower in a space-constrained master bath when other companies said it wasn't possible. All the teammates that came to do work were courteous, professional, and super knowledgeable about their craft. The project manager was also great with communicating regularly with me. I would absolutely recommend The Bath Shop to anyone looking to get work done by an honest, high quality company.

We had a fantastic experience working with the team at The Bath Shop. What I appreciated most was their responsiveness. When we had questions, they answered them. They provided us options and took the time to determine what made sense for our space. The quality of work, the speed at which they acted and the overall experience make them a must work with if you have current or future projects in mind.

We chose The Bath Shop for a complete renovation of our master bathroom and closet and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision! We had a general idea of what we wanted, but needed help from professional designers. Stephanie and Cinthya came through in a big way and gave us exactly what we needed throughout the entire design process. They created multiple options for how we could make the best use of our space and were extremely open and honest about the pros and cons of each option. The price range of each option was very clear which helped us keep an eye on our budget from the start. After we chose the general layout, they recommended various tile and color combinations and, while all the combinations were gorgeous, one jumped out as a perfect fit. We were super impressed with how they used rendering software to help us make decisions during the design process and give us realistic images of what the final product would look like so there were no surprises.
Chris and his team were extremely professional and did a fantastic job during the construction process. Chris kept us informed about each day's activities and was quick to respond about any questions/concerns during construction and even after the job was done. Philip did a great job with the plumbing and Danery was as thorough a painter as we've ever seen. Not unexpectedly, during demolition some water seeped through and left a small stain on the first floor ceiling. The Bath Shop didn't hesitate to repaint the entire first floor ceiling to not only repair the stain, but also ensure an even finish with no discoloration. Overall, we are so glad we chose The Bath Shop for our project and couldn't be happier. They will be our first choice for future projects!

The Bathshop did a great job overall. There were a few mistakes made, but the team was able to remedy them promptly, professionally and with our desires being met. The design team, project manager, and crew were great to work with. We renovated our kitchen, two and half baths, laundry room, and our stacked stone fireplace. It was a major undertaking and they were able to complete it in a reasonable time and met all our expectations. Thank you Bathshop!

My husband and I went to the Bath Shop to do a kitchen remodel but subsequently updated 3 of our bathrooms as well. We met Cinthya at our 3rd meeting and worked with her constantly throughout the entire project--she is absolutely wonderful! She LISTENED to our preferences and gave us choices in our styles price range. She met us at various businesses and guided us through choices and decisions. Her meticulous research helped us match items for the kitchen and bathrooms, which all turned out beautifully. Cinthya is totally patient and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with her on another project in the future.
I've attached a picture of our beautifully remodeled kitchen done by The Bath Shop. I need to also recognize the other key players who made this kitchen possible: Stephanie, the Designer, whom we chose over 2 other designers, did an outstanding job; Chris, the Project Manager, who is incredible--a master craftsman and can do anything by way of installing a kitchen; then there is Adam whose carpentry skills and attention to detail are unmatched; Tim, Project Manager, who came on-board mid-project, had suggestions that made all the difference in the end product; and Danerri, the Painter, who can match any color and blend new paint into old like magic!
All the people at The Bath Shop are first rate; they all have an amazing work ethic, they are all accommodating, and personable.
The Bath Shop is a 5-Star organization.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with The Bath Shop!!! My husband wanted an upgrade to his office in our home. We met with the design team and together, we came up with a sleek and modern office/bar area! The team suggested newer trends in color schemes and we are in love with how it turned out!!! He now has his own office space and a bar built in to make his drinks for himself and our guests!! The design team was absolutely fantastic, the time line was exceptional, and the workers that came into our home were friendly and respectful! The work done was perfection!!! They paid attention to detail and cut no corners!!! Overall, this was a great experience. The Bath Shop is friendly, affordable, consistent, and reliable!
We are so impressed with The Bath Shop that we are already starting the process to make over our master bathroom!! We can’t wait!!!

I’ve used quite a few contractors over the years and can honestly say none compared to the Bath Shop. From the initial visit with Nick, through the design process, and installation we felt comfortable and informed. Their work is beautiful and you won’t regret using them.
