Nike advised me to return my shoes to this location where purchased. Upon addressing my issues with the shoes I was informed that they are franchise they don't do returns like the website guidelines state. He also stated they weren't affiliated with Athletes Foot or Nike and didn't have to go by their policy and that they don't associate with the Athletes Foot website.Nike has on their website they work with their authorized distributors to facilitate returns up to two years of manufacturing date of item. The manager stated he didn't know of any Nike policies or Athletes Foot policies still stating we are a franchise this doesn't have a website. The store manager then assumed I didn't buy my shoes at his location at that point I asked for my receipts to be printed and the owner contacted about my issues. I drove about 100 miles to patron this store to be told the owner doesn't want to be bothered with customer issues and that he is the last word on issues with purchases. He was so confident that I was out of 400 dollars and he prevented the store from a refund hit on sales today. Nike had already informed me if the store would not fix my issue they would. Buyers beware buying anything Nike or anything else from this location.

The customer service is beyond horrible ! Not one person greeted me when I walked in the store, as a customer you would want to be acknowledge. The store manager and assistant manager are literally getting paid to do nothing because when I walked in the store they were the main ones lounging around avoiding a potential sale. You would think the staff would go above and beyond for a customer considering the fact that the store has low traffic. They have low inventory , Never coming here again.

Walked in, was not greeted. The 3-4 females just kept talking to each other. I looked back, and one looked at me. 2 couples walked in after me, still wasn't asked if I needed help. Yet 1 female approached them and asked if they needed help or wanted to try on a shoe. Horrible customer service from all 3-4 females and the 1 guy that was there. Won't be back. Won't recommend.

I walked in to a great greeting which made the experience a lot more inviting. The service there was absolutely nothing but excellent, the store looked great, customer service was wonderful, I went looking for a specific shoe but they were sold out but the manager that had been there for awhile ( I’m talking years) showed me a lot more options in the same color but different shoes. I went in to get one pair and walked out with way more then what I came for thanks for the wonderful experience and great Hospitality as always, my favorite store ??

I had the pleasure of randomly walking in and having the best experience ever!!!! Malik was super dope!!I had no expectations since I know my husband's size 13 is hard to come by. I simply asked the sales person "do you have any size 13's?" Walla, like magic he disappeared in the back and returned with options. He gave me his undivided attention, listened to my requests and explained the pros/cons of each shoe!!!Please know that Malik is a value add to your business and bottom line..

They throw the boxes, the boxes are not in right shape they have dents and scratches on them, the person wasn’t intrested in selling me shoes when i was exchanging my shoes they gave me a bigger size when i wanted smaller.
