This dealership is not what I was expecting for a Tesla dealership. Visited while my brother was picking up his vehicle and staff was nice but the facility is very crowded and disorganized. The facility is in need of a renovation and remodel!

Just took delivery of a Model 3 LR today, and was amazed by how poorly this dealership was run. First off, there is NO communication once you put your deposit down, outside of one email I received about 4 days after placing my order. I asked multiple times to confirm my car was available for pickup, as I live three hours away. Never heard a word. Secondly, as others have mentioned, they do not answer their phone, nor do they return voicemails. Next, the parking lot is so small that you can barely get in and out of it. There is literally no parking available, and cars are packed so tightly that it was incredibly difficult to get in and out of the lot. The delivery process was poor, as I told the salesman I wanted to inspect the car before I paid for it, and would run outside real quickly to do so. Instead of waiting on me, he just moved onto another customer which caused me to waste 10 minutes in line again when I walked back inside.Finally, my car was given to me with 44% of a charge on it. That’s embarrassing, and meant I had to find a supercharger on the way home. Avoid this place at all costs.

Exceptional experience! While I typically don't leave reviews, our recent car-buying experience was so positive that I felt compelled to share. My husband and I inquired about a new car, and Antonio and Billy, our salespeople, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. I recently embarked on what I hoped would be an exciting journey with Tesla's Model Y, only to find myself mired in frustration and disappointment. My car, scheduled for delivery at 10 AM on December 6, arrived an hour and a half late, setting a less-than-ideal tone from the start.However, the real nightmare unfolded when, after driving a mere 10 miles, I discovered a persistent pull towards the right side of the road. The Tesla service team at the Raleigh location initially diagnosed and claimed to fix a right-side alignment issue. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, leading to a series of attempted solutions, including swapping front tires, all to no avail.The proposed solution from the General Manager/TL was baffling and raised serious safety concerns. I was advised to drive the car for a hundred miles, with the assurance that the issue would magically vanish. This not only seemed impractical but also compromised my safety—a notion that should be unthinkable with a brand-new vehicle.My trust in Tesla, coupled with the anticipation of a seamless transition from my previous car (a Ford Mustang GT), has been shattered. Spending an entire day at the service center without a clear explanation or resolution is disheartening. A brand like Tesla should not subject its customers to the inconvenience of driving a defective vehicle for testing purposes.As if the ordeal wasn't enough, I made a car payment of $4500, incurring interest charges at 7.14% from TD Bank. This financial burden, combined with the time wasted on a defective purchase, has left me questioning the accuracy and integrity of the entire transaction.In conclusion, my experience with Tesla's Model Y has been far from the seamless and customer-centric process I expected. As a loyal admirer of the brand, I find myself contemplating whether to take possession of the car at all. Tesla needs to address these issues promptly to salvage its reputation and retain the trust of its customer base.One star for TL: Tito who was able to find a solution indeed and handling to towards customer was only positive point over here.

Just a stress-free car buying experience. Never felt any pressure from the reps - they asked simple questions about the model I wanted and how I wanted to pay, and that's it.Taking delivery was also a breeze. They had some models on-site so I got my Model Y Long Range in just a few days. Took less than 15 minutes to sign the papers and get my keys set up, and then drove off the lot.This place is often packed so be prepared to be patient - aim to stop in on a week day in the early afternoon if you want more time with a rep.

I have booked model X ( spending nearly 100k). And two days prior to delivery date I have some family emergency so I was trying to change the time. This people from Raleigh Tesla are absolutely not cooperative. I have cancelled my vehicle and they are absolutely fine with it to let me go 100 k customer but not flexible on time. I encourage people to not buy vehicles from here. You will humiliate on delivery day or vehicle maintenance day. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I want to give big ZERO STAR but not possible.

Was so excited to get my 1st New Tesla MYP today to only find that it has already taken alot of damage prior to car delivery ? I was there 30 minutes early and no customers were in the building and was never told to sign in or anything once 2pm hits there are now telling me there is a line to pickup your car. I had to wait almost another hour standing after appointment time which was difficult as a handicap person after just driving over hour in the car. Also, I saw my car on arrival & was already shocked they would think this is even acceptable on delivery day of a Brand New vehicle. Instead of contacting me to notify me of the damages prior to delivery date they did honestly the worst paint touch up imaginable which looks to be White-Out for paper. This experience not only ruined my faith in the car brand but also the Tesla delivery centers. I drove 1hr 1/2 away after a 4 day delay in delivery and now possibly losing my $250 order fee due to all the damages & not accepting the car delivery is not the right way to do business. Also people were just opening up peoples paid cars and looking inside them which should not be happening before the owners get to see their own vehicle please lock the cars prior to owner arrival. After all this waiting and literally spending my entire day to go home empty handed was not how I expected my delivery date to go. Do better ?

Terrible customer service. Bryan Bennett thought it appropriate to contact me on my family holiday to tell me he would not repair the damage either his team caused or overlooked. He goes on further to call me a liar and said the damage was caused by normal road debris. Horrible customer service practice, I was planning to buy a second Tesla, given the fact I would have to deal with these people, I probably won’t. Never mind the red paint specks in white paint, the misaligned door jams, dent in the rear trunk bed.

We were helped by Debbie on both occasions test driving and later purchasing our new Tesla Model Y. She provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns. 10/10 recommend could not have had a better experience.

This review is for Billy not the actual service center.Billy was one of the staff making sure people there waiting knew they could borrow a car to get food down the road.He answered questions for those coming in to inquire about the carsI was there at 0700 (when the doors open for my service)I was there all day. Throughout the day Billy spent time chatting with me, checking in with me and just making time pass. He tracked down a charger for me and HE BOUGHT ME A SNACK!I didn’t leave till 4pm and he knew I had not eaten.The center has coffee, tea, chairs.Could use snacks and charging stations.Thanks Billy

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service center. BEWARE - GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. They make you come back multiple times and still do not get the issue corrected. We have not been able to use our trunk for over two months due to a known alignment issue (they said it would get stuck if opened). We have made a 4 hour round trip twice so far. On the second trip they still do not have the parts. They lie to you while there. First time they said it would take 5 days to get the part in and get the car fixed, now going on two months. At second trip there they said it would be a two hour wait - now saying they still do not have the parts after waiting for two hours and may not have it ready today. Love our Model Y until it has issues and have to come to this location.

Had a flat tire serviced after hitting a pothole at high speed. Extremely quick service and very professional. Mostly managed through the app. Very happy with the end result. Replaced, balanced, alignment and car driving great again. Model 3 tires are not cheap, but fortunately no rim damage.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the initial service rep disconnected me from chat and closed my ticket because I was unresponsive on chat for 2 min when I took a call from my wife to let her know I was okay. I understand they are busy but they could tell from the car diagnostics that I had an incident and there was no warning before they dropped me and closed my request. I simply opened a new request and all was okay, but I had to re-enter all my data and start the process over from scratch. Not a big deal, but my time=stars.Would definitely service here again.

I would have given more but they finalized my car and I picked it up dropped off loaner. This morning it won't drive because it needs authentication. No one will answer or call back. I'm now not going to work because of this. Missed today(a very import one). Service is done and paid for loaner dropped off last night but they locked my car down because .. no idea. Usually they are good bro me. I'm hoping this is just an ho eat mistake . Even though I'm suffering because of it. Not just that I lost 10m on my trade in because they decided to lower value of model x. They should give us all that money back f they're doing that. It's only fair. Why should they get a loan from us on inflated vehicles then drop price and keep our money??!!

Tesla makes great cars, with such quick ramp up - its expected to have some issues which are understandable.But the reason for 1 star is that the after sales support for Tesla is non existent.1+ month wait for an appointment and not sure if the issue gets resolved after service appointment and 1000s of $ and multiple visits.Tesla needs to get its act together in “after sale / service support”

Place is excessively crowded with staff members clearly too busy or preoccupied to offer proper help. This is in regards to a demo drive experience and potential sale opportunity. Literally no where to park my car when I got there. Consistently diverted in conversation when trying to ask questions and minimal explanation when getting into the vehicle. It's a good thing the vehicles are pretty cool, otherwise I think these folks would go out of business.
