I had a great repair experience at TenPlus. Dropped off my iMac on Thursday, got an explanation of the necessary repairs (thank you Joey) on Friday and it was ready for pickup on Monday. Usual repair time is 3-5 days. Everybody was friendly and professional. Easy to get to and parking in front of the store. Thank you TenPlus!

I had a great experience at TenPlus Systems. I wasn't aware of this service provider before I needed to have my MacBook looked at. It was so easy to make an appointment (plenty available), and the staff was so kind! I will definitely continue to have my devices serviced here. Thank you!

Much better than Apple Store which is noisy and crowded. They set me up with new laptop, migrated my hard drive from ancient desktop and talked a long time with. Me it's but so worth it

While the receptionist clearly was having a bad day, everything else was good! I was told I would be talked to in 15 minutes - but it took almost double that, but the tech was very apologetic and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going to happen to fix my phone. Parts weren’t in stock so I came back two days later. Due to phone difficulties it took longer than expected but he kept me informed of his issues and again was very apologetic. I would 100% do business here again. I’ll also consider when I need Apple products as they had a great selection in stock. I overheard a conversation with an older individual and an employee who was looking for a new laptop and the employee was extremely patient with her and her questions. I was just wowed by this facility.

The receptionist was incredibly rude, didn’t explain anything then told me it was going to be $70 just to take a look at my laptop… Terrible interaction, I don’t recommend

Communicated after diagnosing our laptop. Once agreement was reached they repaired our laptop and installed a malware as a courtesy, after deleting and updating as needed. Works good as new. No need to invest in new, when a repair at Ten Plus Systems is all that was needed.

I don’t have better things to say about this place! Not only do you avoid the chaos of the Apple Store with getting the coverage, but they go above and beyond for you!Specifically Brett was amazing! He and his manager helped me out when I was in a bind with my max battery and walked me through each step. 10/10 customer service.

I won't take my Lenovo anywhere else! TenPlus systems is the best kind of business to work with - they do what they say they are going to do and go above and beyond when possible. When my son's screen broke on his laptop I almost went to the big box to repair, but turned away when they told me I'd be on the hook for them to fix anything that went wrong and since it was being shipped to a central repair facility it seemed likely to happen.Glad I trusted my gut and found TenPlus. They quoted me the price for the repair, but when the part came in and the repair was done, the control board went out (I was warned could happen by big box). Rather than making the computer unrepairable without paying more than it cost originally - Brett sent me the link to buy back the warranty from Lenovo, held my computer 30 days until it kicked in, and promptly emailed me when the new part was ordered and on its way. I can express how thrilled at how responsive they were and willing to help me navigate the repair. I hope not to be back for a repair, but I already told my husband if he needs a new iPad we are buying from TenPlus!
