This is the closest location to my home, so I've come here a few times over the past month. Parking is a BEAST, so be prepared to have to park across the street in the Walmart parking lot if nothing is available in front of the store. Once you're able to get inside, you should be met by friendly and helpful staff like I was. The store is always organized, clean, & tidy when I go. The staff has always answered my questions and got me in and out quickly. I recommend this store.

These people are completely illiterate. I called to schedule an appointment for fingerprinting and was told over the phone that I needed to make an appointment online, which i did. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early only for the associate to tell me o needed to make an appointment through the fingerprinting portal system. Ummmmm, do you mean to tell me that I took OFF of work only for you guys to tell me I can't be fingerprinted due to your misguided instructions of scheduling an appointment. I would not suggest anyone come here. These people are uneducated and have no clue what they are doing. They will have you wasting your time and money.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. This place is listed as a AMAZON RETURN center and they make it impossible to return stuff. Thankfully I was able to get with an Amazon rep to assist in generating a QR code because the trained apes at the UPS store offered very little assistance.

Until today, I would have give this UPS store at least 4 stars. It always depends on who is working to determine what type of service you get but today, I would give zero stars. I go to this particular UPS frequently for print jobs. I usually pay $1 and some change for one page. Today, Amanda (the manager) tried to charge me over $2 for one page and proceed to tell me, it's always been that price... she is a liar. She would have been better off saying, they had to go up on prices because of the current issues. There is a little ship-it shop right down the street... I will go there for now on... Amanda is not a good manager...

This UPS store is located in a shopping plaza with other businesses. Because of the location of the store and the way the parking lot is constructed it can be a little hard getting into or out of the parking lot. I came here to drop off a pre-paid postage package. The line was kind of long when I walked in but moved fairly quickly. The drop off process was quick and easy and the package made it to the destination in a timely manner.

I will start with ridiculous and end with slime balls. I went in with my package ready to go. All shipping label and package. I just needed the plastic envelope that they provide for FREE at any UPS drop box locations. However this location charged me almost $3 for a supply they get for free. Why didn't I walk out, because my time is worth more than $3 to goto nearest Dropbox. Way to not get my business moving forward and give me a reason to rip your pathetic business practices. Slime balls.

I needed a notary public and went there after calling. I was treated quickly and courteously, finishing my business in just a few minutes. I have used this store in the past for shipping and boxing, never anything but good service.

I use this store regularly and most of my service is based on Amazon returns. Most of the time I use a QR code which is a quick process but there's been times Amazon doesn't give a QR code and emails the label with a note saying the UPS store will package and mail the item. When I stated that, Shawn wanted to argue with me on how wrong I was for my information. As I walked away to get my wallet to pay, he made a comment that " I'm wrong but want to be so right!" I explained I respect the fact he works there and knows more than me about packaging but I'm stating what Amazon said and not trying to be right. When I asked for his name his response was "you've gotta be kidding!". I've never had such disrespect and negativity from anyone at this location. Shawn needs to practice better customer relations and business etiquette! After calling Amazon to meg them know I was charged and showed proof of the receipt I was told he was wrong and received a refund!

I will never use this store again. My online business is ruined because of them. They do not scan packages in as received on time. They say that if a package is dropped off by 6:30, it will be picked up. It is very frequently not. Sometimes our packages don't show up as being received until 11 AM the next day. This has caused many of my shipments to be late and has caused me to lose my ability to sell on amazon. When I lived in Durham, I never had any issues with UPS or my local UPS store. There's clearly an issue with this store

Guy at counter wanted to charge me a $1.00 to put a small piece of tape on package. I thought he was joking at first. I know times are hard but, come on UPS. I went next door and asked to if I could have tape a piece of tape and they were more than happy to help. My package already had an UPS label on it so, it was guaranteed I was going to use UPS service and not leave. I'm usually am not on this side of town and for sure I will not be returning to this UPS.

The store was nice and clean but that was about the only thing I can say. The worker wouldn't look me in the eyes, was very short and made me feel as if I was messing up his day. This is the closest ups near me but I will go out of my way to find another one. The worker really had me feeling some kind of way and I don't like feeling like that.
