Yuck! This is the worst target IN ALL of Raleigh/Durham area. Ratchet service and it's a hot mess. It's always like this and this target is NOT busy, so why the mess? Lack of leadership and overall retail management.

Was going to spend a bunch of money in the electronics section but could find zero employees in that entire half of the store for about 30 minutes. So then we left and were in and out of Best Buy in 5 minutes. Best Buy price matches anyway

They need to re-train a long blonde white woman who works at customer service for real. She’s extremely rude, no knowledge and not helpful at all about Target policy/ service. There is no way “You have to buy over certain amount to be able using Target Circle Credit amount”.
This store closes at 10pm, however, they close all self checkout at 8:30pm and only open couple registers to check out long-line customers. Their cashiers tried to do the slowest as they can so you may spent 30 mins just for checking out. Be aware!!!!

This used to be a nice store, but it's gone downhill. It now attracts some of the area's sleaziest, and the checkout lines sometimes take 30 minutes to get through.

Armani and the team lead were extremely helpful to the best of their abilities and very kind. I was having card problems and although we couldn’t figure out why they really tried and i appreciated it!

Come here if you enjoy standing in line for 20+ minutes with lines dozens deep. Oh. And they won’t open self checkout either - they want you to pay an up charge to use it. Avoid this place at all costs!

Drive up service takes 30 minutes or longer and they don't give you your whole order that you paid for. Just going into the Food Lion down the road for groceries from now on. Quicker that way ?

This is by far the nastiest target store I have ever been inside. The bathrooms, especially were disgusting. There’s feces all over the walls in the floor, toilet paper and paper towels, and trash everywhere. Someone needs to have it condemned! And that was just the women’s bathroom I don’t even wanna know what the men’s bathroom looks like, the store itself had the empty shelves things were thrown all over the place up and down the isles. Most anything that was supposed to be on the shelf was in disarray and all this going on while their employees stand in the front of the store and on Isles playing having a good time and not doing their job! If you have to run in for a quick purchase, don’t think it’s going to be that quick. We stood in line for 30+ minutes while the people at the self pay registered joked with employees and took their time. I will definitely not be back unless it’s an absolute “have to” situation.

Hands down one of the worst Targets I’ve ever been in. Besides being unorganized, it’s disgustingly dirty and half of their grocery department is empty or has ice all over in its freezer section that’s clearly malfunctioned and been left that way.

This Target location has improved with the checkout experience. I saw 3 cashiers open during my most recent visit with shorter lines and the customer service was excellent. Keep up the great work!

Have not been there for years and remember it being a good place to shop. The self checkout are not in service, and I don't know why. They had 1 checkout lane open and a long line. I left and went to the Walmart close by and they had the self checkouts available to use. I don't really like Walmart cause they have those greeters who harass you, but I'm not going back to this target again.
