My parents started taking their hondas to Tao in the 90s, and now that I'm grown up we bring our Hondas and Toyotas here. They're awesome. They're some of the most knowledgeable people on Hondas and Toyotas I've ever met. They save you money wherever they can and they've had some of the same employees for 20+ years. This is your chance to both support local and also get amazing work done. They've saved me thousands of dollars in superfluous work over the years. You're the best!

The only place I will take my Honda for service. I have been a customer for over 20 years. They always provide clear estimates prior to any work. They only do required work and will NOT upsell. In fact several times I have suggested work and they have waved it off as not required.

Very patiently explained the potential repair and diagnostic process before doing any work. Diagnosed issue with AC. Saved me money by not just doing an HVAC and recharge as I had requested. Super honest shop. Will use them again for any future repairs.

I used this business to replace the front struts on my vehicle. Initially I had been told both struts needed repairs (by AAA) but this very honest business told me I would be just fine with only the front replaced. They recommended resurfacing my rotors and I feel the braking in my vehicle is much better. They also gave me a good faith repair (free) on my spark plugs when they noticed the car running poorly. I would really like to especially thank the gentleman at the front desk. Super personable and did a wonderful job explaining things to me during the process.

Wonderful shop. I was having issues with my vehicle and had them diagnose it. Unfortunately it wasn't something they could fix at a worthwhile cost (reman transmissions for an older vehicle from Honda are expensive). However they only charged me for half an hour. Do note that the parking lot is small and appointments are highly recommended.

I've been using TAO Auto for over 30 years. My loyalty came when time after time my work was performed professionally and priced (very) fairly.This shop isn't relying on a showy front office and upselling. They'll tell you what's needed, what you'll pay and when to expect it to be ready. In each of these instances they perform as promised.Highly recommended.
