The sales lady was talking to another customer when we walked in and didn't bother to greet us. Add insult to injury, once that lady walked out without making a purchase, she went to the cash wrap and got on FaceTime and started chatting with about nothing important while continuing to ignore us. Absolutely horrible customer service. They don't even deserve the one star I'm forced to give them.

Their customer service is EVERYTHING!!!! Very patient and attentive. They have beautiful jewelery ? only negative is this location is on the smaller side so options are minimal.

I’ve been going to Swarovski for the past year and always love their collections. Their pieces are beautiful and are always money’s worth! Sparkle is usually the lady at the store and she is the absolute sweetest! Would always help out with questions and is excellently well versed on all their products. Always go back!

Wow what a mall. Great selection of stores. You just about need a map to get back to your car and to find all the stores. The food court is excellent. Try the Italian place. Great variety of shopping. I highly recommend

Too much traffic. Is this the only indoor mall in the state! Parking will take awhile on the top driveway. I found better parking below but took me a second trip to figure it out. Stores are standard mall stores and some stores can only be accessed outside. Hybrid indoor mall feel I guess

this mall needs to set the example of all malls in America. Bring back the following events: - Martial artist demo - Models/talent invitations - Magicians - Variety Contest I've notice some store brought back the "live" mannequins. Arcades must come back to the malls. we should have bowling centers, go karts, and putt-putt in malls today.

Wow! This place is crowded. I came on a Saturday afternoon in March expecting it to be busy but nothing like this. It took forever to find a parking spot. If I lived in Raleigh I would take a ride share it taxi. Other than the parking the place is amazing. It has all the best stores and good places to eat. I don't even want to tell you how much money I spent on stuff I can't get back home. If it had more parking I might have given it five stars but the only five star mall I have been to is Northpark in Dallas TX. So remember, if you are going to Crabtree Valley mall be sure to hire transportation and bring lots of money. The place ain't cheep but it is lots of fun.
