Sadly, this company was not willing to help with a small job of custom vintage aluminum RC parts. Even though on their website it is listed a minimum lot size for their small tank of 24x24inch is required. Their sales manager Mike Breslin took over a week to respond back to an email and phone call only after a follow up request was initiated. Understanding this is not a large corporate order. Yet for a company who mentions and advertises on their website and Google searches, they are proud of the fact they are a Federal recognized minority owned, majority women owned business they sure are quick to forget the local little guy with cash in hand!

Save yourself time and a headache and go somewhere else!Was working with Mike Breslin on getting some parts hard anodized. Drove out there and dropped the samples parts off to test to make sure the color was correct before dropping off 700+ parts off.He email us back a photo of the parts, they looked great. We just needed a quote before dropping all the parts off for hard coat anodizing. Never heard from them again.It has been over a month and half now since we received any phone call or email back from them. Have sent multiple emails and phone call with nothing returned.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Called to see if they could help me with some deck plates off my semi. Once they found out they were "car. Parts they had zero interest in helping. I said they weren't car parts, whatever. And he got very rude and hung up on me after telling me I could look up the other place he mentioned. I wouldn't use them even if I had to.

Had a small anodizing order done by them. Excellent work. Results went above and beyond my expectations. Mike Breslin, the sales manager, is very responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Highly recommended.

Friendly people, Mike, Natalie, Jason. Great customer service, but you need to have a minimum order size. Just a few pieces is cost prohibitive.

They are interested in doing business only if you have a large quantity of parts to be anodized. I had an aluminum bracket 4" x 1.5" x 1/4" (which is small) and was quoted $175 for black type II anodize. How are aspiring inventors and product developers supposed to see their dreams come true with these prices? If I was needing 100 brackets then the price would be justified. Why not just throw the 1 part in with someone else's bulk order?
