I was looking for a screen protector at the mall and I came across this booth in the middle of it but I didn’t know which kind I wanted, Aya was so helpful with helping me figure out what kind of protector I wanted, and she put in on super well while having a nice conversation with me. This is a good example of how employees should be.

I had my iPhone 12 Pro repaired. The screen was bright on one side, flashing on and off after they repaired. My wife called and messaged the next day with no response. She went back to the mall as soon as she could about a week later to try to talk to someone. Unfortunately, my son dropped the phone before we made it back to the mall and broke the screen again. My wife had to call me so I could speak to the gentleman from the mall, and he wanted to charge us almost full price to get it repaired. He argued that they couldn’t warranty the display because the screen was broken. I said I’m willing to pay cost.
He wanted to charge me $80, $10 less than full price when the part cost $25. I’m sure you can find a better place to go fix your phone and not have to deal with greedy people.

They took my tablet for repair. Said they needed more time and would ship it to me. I live 7 hours from Raleigh. Called to check and not only could they not fix it they would not ship it. Tried calling multiple times afterwards to arrange for a friend to get it. I finally had our friend in the region stop by and they claimed they didn’t have the tablet. Do not trust them with your own phone or tablet.
