Sloppy and overpriced. Wrong condiments were placed on my sandwich, had to scrap it off. Didn’t have time to remake as I was on my lunch break. No comp or incentive for mistake made. Just go somewhere else. 6 in ham and cheese is now $6.92

HORRIBLE SERVICE: Went in for my pickup order this evening(3rd time doing a pick up order, and it was not ready). I understand things happen, and at times, it gets busy! But I don't understand doing a pickup order if it is not going to be ready when I get there? Beyond that, the customer service was horrible! I literally asked a question and immediately was asked to "calm down." I was so confused because the question was asked calmly, but then was immediately annoyed because why is that your first response!! Then, when I asked to speak to someone about the situation, it was shut down! Like I said before, I understand things happen, but that is not how you handle a customer. Very disappointing!!

I wanted to start eating healthier on my lunch, ordered a 6inch and a small drink...$4.18 for a small fountain drink?!!!! What in the world? Never coming here again. The board said it was $2.19. I wish I knew how to post the receipt!

Super impressed with the customer service at this location. I was greeted upon my arrival and got my sandwich quickly and easily. It also traveled really well and wasn’t a mess to unravel. I feel like I have had a lot of subway experiences where the sub was a sloppy mess once you get it home, but not this location. Thanks for the great customer experience!

Terrible customer service , have to feel for the owners because I know this is not what they expected when they opened . Some of the workers are the most disrespectful disgraceful I’ve ever encountered in the food industry . Disrespected me all because I wanted my sandwich the way I wanted , all I can say is who raised some of these guys because WOW . It’s crazy how bad apples can spoil the whole bunch . Will not return until they’ve done something who they hire .

I guess telling all your presumed business makes for an opportunity to be greater. If so, Subway nailed it. This is a solid, quick option and I'm not mad at it. My favorite, the Spicy Italian, with white American cheese, Spinach, tomato, lettuce, onions, jalapeños, green peppers, oil & vinegar, and mayo is a must have. I'm salty the seafood option is no longer available. Any hoo, appreciate the efficient and clean service. (In my best Terminator voice) I'll be back! Chain Sandwich: 3.4

Don't know what it is about this store lately but the customer connect is just not there like it use to be, came to pick up 2 Ft longs sitting on counter next to drink machine instead of the pick up rack where it's supposed to be, paperbag totally wet and they look at me funny cause I ask for a plastic bag?

Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this location. Ordered through your app. Picked up 2 sandwiches curbside on time, drove 10 mins home to open my sandwiches and both of them be the wrong sandwiches. One hot steak and cheese was a cold turkey. They have no concept of what light or less of anything is. Drove back to get my proper sandwiches for them to take the wrong ones and just make new ones. Didn't apologize or anything once throughout the whole visit. Upon remaking them, the Steak and cheese says less onions, less peppers and less lettuce and was piled high with all three. Super now it's all melted into the cheese and I have to pick through it. The ham and turkey didn't even have ham and said less yellow mustard and less mayonnaise and the worker sprays four lines of each all over the sandwich to the point it's oozing out all over the bread... Yum NOT. Still never got an apology or even offered anything for their clear messup. Was handed my bag and the worker walked away. Didn't even offer a free bag or chips or a cookie or something. Will not return.GO NEXT DOOR to Jose and Son's, their food is way better.

I feel so bad for the 3 women working today 5/31. The language barrier is grand! One of the ladies couldn't read my name on the receipt for my mobile order. It's obvious the owner has hired his friends and family to work there. But they struggle so bad.
