I highly recommend storage max because they are a small locally owned company that actually helps you instead of referring you to a website. I was having some trouble with the information requested in the online application and Ashley was super helpful. She actually filled out the whole application for me over the phone and offered to go over to the unit to put a lock and key in the unit so we would have everything we needed the following day. Their prices are also cheaper than others in the area. Thanks Ashley!

We have had a commercial lease at this property for almost 4 years now. Although our business is now outgrowing this property, property management (Ashley in particular) has been helpful in coming up with creative ways to accommodate our clients. In my conversations with her, she's been respectful, professional, and offers resourceful solutions to challenges. I selected 4 out of 5 stars only because the new property management has implemented property-wide changes that have not been beneficial to our particular business, but we understand.Overall, Ashley has been very helpful and professional. Thank you!

I rented 3 parkind spaced and a 10x unit for over a year. The lady who managed it when I started was great. There is a new person now, named Ashley, and she is absolutley horrible to deal with. Very poor communication and a snotty attitude. She's on a power trip. Be warned, if you cross her, she may treat you as poorly as she did me. Pulling everything out on 4/30/2023. Don't say you weren't warned if lease here.

I have been a tenant at one of the flex spaces in the front of the facility for over a year now. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Should be a 10 star business in reality. The facility manager, Kathy, is extremely pleasant and caring. She truly makes the facility what it is. You won’t get better customer service in this line of business anywhere. It’s been a pleasure conducting my daily affairs in a positive environment. Sam in ground/unit maintenance is always tentative and has been great to work with as well.
