I called this morning. The lady I spoke w was great. I can't recall her name, so sorry!
She sent me a link and within about 10 minutes, the storage unit was mine! I got the access code immediately.
I haven't checked out the unit yet but I feel confident it's going to be just fine! From my experience so far, I highly recommend you give them a call!

I was freaking out thinking I already made a payment a week before the monthly due date, but even though there was miscommunication on MY end, Ashley still helped me out and made sure there wouldn’t be any extra fees from that and took care of the situation!

Ashley and Suzanne are awesome, and made renting our space super easy! We also were able to use their moving truck to move from our previous storage space to StorageMAX. Great location, easy in and out. Thanks!!
