Last minute I was stressing out trying to find a storage place to place my belongings to downsize into an apartment. I was relieved on how suzette made the process go very smoothly for me. She was so helpful, and professional and I was stress free. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Suzette is the absolute best she is very professional and accommodating. She went above and beyond for me as I moved back to Raleigh. I would recommend her facility as they are highly responsive, detailed oriented, and caring. Rent here you will not regret it.

I had a great experience at the Storage King on Tryon Road. Suzette and her team were extremely helpful with both my move into and out of the unit. The facility was very clean and it was great to have carts available near the elevators to help move boxes and furniture. Thank you Suzette!

I love this location it is very safe, well maintained, and has 24 hr gate access. There is a young lady that works their name Kyera she is always professional, and super helpful when it come to helping new customers, she keeps the establishment well maintained and ensures that all the units are properly secured and the grounds are free from liter and unwanted debris, she is a true gem.

Of all of the storage places I've visited, this was by far the most accommodating — and this is coming from someone who's worked at a storage facility himself. The staff was nice, thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and shared a few laughs and conversations with me while we were going over the paperwork. Prices are cheaper too!

Kyeara was absolutely wonderful today after an error on my part. She was patient and kind and did everything she could to get it fixed.This kind of customer service has been the norm here. Suzette has been equally kind and responsive. These folks are great!
