Was trying to sign a title over to someone but one of the ladies here said that both parties had to be present to do so. I ended up going to a different SECU branch to do it because I knew that was incorrect.

This branch is very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable to their customers. I enjoy going into this location for assistance with whatever going on with my accounts. I enjoy the employees and thank them for their pleasant attitude and knowledge of their products.

This new building is clean and well-staffed. It has the same general layout of other SECU locations, so it instantly feels familiar, as well. Easy to get in and out of.

First time at this location. Called before going to see if it was open to customers. Representative on phone was very nice and answered all my questions. Minutes later, I walked in and was like wow this building is one of the nicest SECU buildings I seen. The teller was very polite and professional as well. Happy this location is here.
