Patrick at the service desk helped me his service is super bad and he definitely doesn't understand his job . I asked to return a defective product. He act like he barely wanted to look up my receipt when I was brought online and delivered to my home address he said it,s a 18 day return policy. After he didn't even try . Unacceptable service.

I had difficulty checking out with the sales associate for regular purchases, but I believe that can be easily remedied by some additional support or training from the store.
I WOULD HOWEVER like to give Mark out in Tech Support a humongous shoutout -- he is super knowledgeable about what he does, and seems like computers in general, and to things he didn't have an answer to at first, he took the time to look/research in to so that he could answer my questions when I went back to pick up my laptop.
Pretty great store, with a plethora of amazing deals and inventory selection, and a convenient location!

Friendly, helpful staff, quick pick up/fast service Ave the product was available at a great price whereas it wasn't in stock at several other retail stores.

Great place to get supplies, I walked in asked the first person I saw where an item was, he told me the isle it on, I walked there and there was exactly what I was looking, checkout was a breeze.

Stood in line 30 mins..while waiting the store Manager KIM, greeted everyone but me and asked if they needed assistance.
I guess I'm invisible being the only minority guest. He looked at me once and walked the opposite direction. Been a customer at Staples since college so I'm highly offended. I'll never use this company again if KIM is the type of person whom you employee.

Good location, only office supply store in the area. It offers Travel Ready including Passport services and TSA Pre ✅ they also sale suitcases. Large variety of office and school supplies. They have a variety of Apple products plus other brands. Self copy/printing machines plus the printing services for larger sizes for marketing, etc. shipping supplies and shipping services. They offer Tech help/support some office furniture and cleaning products and anything needed in the office.

I love this location! The customer service is excellent. I had an emergency and needed some prints for my business asap and the team on-site took care of me expeditiously. All with a pleasing personality as well. Thank you Staples!

The old lady who facilitates the TSA pre-check process needs a course in customer service. She was not very friendly during my interaction with her and she seemed very sarcastic. If you're that miserable, perhaps you should find a job that doesn't require interaction with the general public.

Staples staff always present great customer service. The dis[lays are always neatly displayed. Merchandise is always easy to find. the printers are working at least 99.9 % of the time compared to other competitors. Staff always offer the best product within my budget. My goods are ready when Staples says they will be ready.]

I only come to Staples to return Amazon things. They offer a coupon for me to buy things and I use the colorful laser printed coupon for note paper. Their prices for a single notebook for 19.00 or a roll of packing tape of 9.00 just makes me ache. I breakdown and go to Walmart for that stuff. The guy at the Amazon check-ins is friendly but today the guy who fake "hello and have a nice day" 'd me while looking down at my hands to see if I was stealing made me want to thump him. I had my gloves and keys thank you very flecking much. Why the H E double hockey sticks would I walk out blatantly with things in my hand that I did not pay for. I'd think criminals have better sense than that anyway. Besides the point...profile much? I'll go back to Whole foods or UPS for my drop offs next time.
