Love this daycare! My son has been going to this center for the past 5 months and he has made some amazing progress in many areas. Ms. Janesta, the center director has done some amazing improvements and she is such an amazing person and I am forever grateful for the entire team at this center. Center is very clean and price is competitive with other centers in the area.

I would not recommend this daycare whatsoever!!! I had a tour scheduled for the 2 year olds room yesterday and it went horribly.. while waiting in the lobby area for the director to let Ashlynn know I was there for my tour; I overheard a teacher yelling from the classroom at the kids aggressively! Then during the tour we actually toured that same classroom where the teacher had been yelling from, and when we entered the room that same teacher was standing kind of hovering over one of the tables aggressively telling a child to sit down, she then turns to look at us and had the most hateful look on her face, did not introduce herself nor did she try to correct her behavior towards the kids in front of me.. so I can only imagine what goes on when a parent isn’t standing there… She didn’t care period! She then walks to the opposite side of the room from where the kids were sitting and started putting the books away slamming them into the shelves.. I was stuck in disbelief! To make it worst she then grabs a child’s shoe from the book area and THROWS IT ACROSS THE ROOM WHERE ALL OF THE KIDS WERE SITTING! To my knowledge, she was the closing teacher for that room. To say it took everything in me not to go off would be an understatement! But I definitely didn’t want to have a confrontation in front of the kids so I pulled Ashlynn to the side and addressed my concerns with her as well as spoke with the director. The director did say she sent that teacher home.. I’m not sure if it was temporary for that day or indefinitely. I wanted to be a voice for the parents that may not know what’s going on in that classroom! This has literally ruined me trusting to put my child in daycare! If your child attends this daycare and in the 24-36 month old classroom I’d highly recommend moving them to a better environment asap. I will say there was an older lady in that room that did seem friendly.. the teacher behaving this way was the closing teacher. However, between the older lady and the lady providing the the tour, someone should’ve addressed her immediately in that moment but nothing was confronted at the time of the incident. I was actually told she and the older lady were their top teachers when I addressed the incident!!?? Howww?? Absolutely horrible!

I have never put my kids in daycare until a couple of months ago. My son had a very rough transition but now he’s happier and more vocal. I express extreme gratitude to Ms Cecelia and Ms Michelle for taking care of my son. Ashlyn has been excellent as well. The registration process was easy and all questions that I have had have been answered thoroughly. It has been a pleasure also to meet Ms Moreen (sorry if I misspelled it). Thank you to all kindercare staff, you guys are greatly appreciated.

This daycare was the best decision I've made for my lil one. The staff here are very knowledgeable and to my amazement they know the children's names...ALL OF THEM!! They All take pride in their work and for the care and safety of our children. I've definitely had some bad experiences with other daycares.. unprfessionalism, lack of cleanliness..etc and I can honestly say that this facility goes above and beyond in every aspect. Ms. Shalice and Ms. Ashlyn have always made us feel welcomed and assured that our child is in good hands. Mr.Trevor and Ms. Denene are very good with the children also. They have always been there to answer any question. From day one I knew this was a good daycare and would be a good fit for my child. Amazing!! If I could give more stars I would!

My daughters have gone here for a little over a year and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for them.All of their teachers are so comfortable and so personable with my girls and myself. Dr Jeff Knows every child and their parents.( which is very impressive)Teacher appreciation is next week and the girls are so excited to give gifts to their teachers, whom they love soo much.Dr Jeff will be very missed .

Myself and my wife are new parents and new to childcare in the United States. We toured some of childcare centers is in North Raleigh and Cary before finally finding KinderCare on Spring Forest.We are happy with the patience and accommodations of the teachers and Mrs. Ashlyn. We are having a great experience with the KinderCare system and office team.We strongly recommend!

I was in need to transfer care from a other facility and Ashlyn was responsive, genuine, and absolutely easy to work with. The chaotic moment for me was turned into an easy process and much appreciated. I would recommend this facility to any parent looking for affordable with top quality care. ?

An asset to to the community! In addition to the education provided and quality of care, Dr. Jeff has really been thoughtful and attentive to ensure the safety and health for children, families, and staff. It is a relief to find excellent childcare (especially during the ongoing pandemic)!
